I stayed in this property only for one night because it has no hot water. I am requesting a refund for two other nights.

Very good!
The gentleman at the reception took care of my booking, supported late evening arrival, as hotel was not 24/7 open reception. Offered me a water bottle , so kind ! Could also speak/understand little English was very helpful !!
In general, stairs and galleries were not so clean.

A very pleaseant weekend stay with friends.
A clean and comfortable hotel in a good, central location. We had an enjoyable lunch in the brasserie attached to the hotel featuring local charcuterie and cheeses.
The wifi could be stronger around the building.
