About this apartment rental
Luxury 1BR apartment overlooking Garfield Parkway with side views to the ocean. Bethany bandstand and beach are right down the stairs. Pool, fireplace, elevator. Shops and restaurants all within a short walk. Building completed August 2009. 1 parking space.

Parking was very easy and secure. It was quiet and very accessible to the downtown.

The location of this property can't be beat. We gave it 4 stars because the unit was not ready at check in time, and the designated parking space was full due to a host issue. It was resolved, however it did affect our timing of events we had planned. We had hoped to have time to rest and get ready, but it was a race. There was also an issue with some paper supplies not being available (toilet paper) and was quickly taken care of, but we still had to go out and buy our own to get through the moment. I noticed there were only a few paper towels and no back-up, luckily we did not need them. The cleanliness and comfort was very good. Some minor preferences like a bigger bathroom would have been nice, along with some hooks to hang towels, etc. The bedroom was very large which is nice, however I would have preferred using some of the space for a bigger bathroom. There was only 1 nightstand, I personally prefer one on each side. It is a nice unit and the host is responsive, I would double check with them to make sure they remember you are coming if you book this property.

Very good overall. Nice and roomy. Lighting was obnoxious. Owner should replace all bulbs with warmer type bulbs and install dimmers. Hallways full of trash and dirty.
