Residences du Carondelet (Residences on Carondelet) are Vacation Residences built in the style of traditional Garden District cottages. The residences are located on Carondelet Street one block off St. Charles Street. Just adjacent to everything the Garden District offers in NOLA. This unique 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Carondelet Street Residence has a spacious Kitchen Living and Dining area downstairs along with a half bath. The 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths are upstairs in the unit. The unit also has a Front Porch that overlooks Carondelet St. The Kitchen is equipped with updated modern appliances with all of the conveniences of home. The secure gated compound layout has a large private courtyard shared by all units as well as a shared swimming pool. Six of the units are new construction and four of the units are modern updates of a turn of the century structure. Complete with recessed lighting and granite counter tops. All units have century-old wood flooring and updated appliances and the newer units have exquisite quartz countertops. Street car - Residences Du Carondelet sits within one block of St. Charles Street Car Lines. Residents can step out the door and ride North through Mid-City to City Park or West through the CBD uptown to the Garden District, the Universities, and the Carrollton neighborhood. CBD - Residences Du Carondelet is situated within walking distance of Central Business District (CBD). Originally known as the "Faubourg St. Marie", the CBD was the site of the city's first expansion outside of its original French Quarter boundaries in 1803. Nightlife and Gambling - The CBD has emerged as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in New Orleans boasting some of the country's finest dining establishments, premier music venues, and vibrant nightlife. Don’t forget the Casino is also only a short drive away via Lyft or Uber. French Quarter - Residences Du Carondelet is a 15 minute walk and 5 minutes Lyft or Uber Drive from the world famous French Quarter and one-of-a-kind music, entertainment, dining, and architecture. Should you choose to take-in the sounds of Bourbon Street or enjoy an unforgettable meal and a quiet, evening stroll by the cathedral, the unmistakable heart of our city is at your doorstep. Superdome – Smoothie King Center - Residences Du Carondelet is 25 minute walk and 7 minute Uber or Lyft Drive to the world famous Superdome and the Smoothie King Center. We have free on-street parking so you can drive in and let Lyft and Uber be your chauffeur during your stay. Restaurants - Residences du Carondelet are short walking distance from great Establishments like Emeril’s Delmonico, Lula Restaurant Distillery and Mr. Ed’s Seafood & Oyster House. If you are looking for late night grub there are many to choose from on St. Charles Street like the St Charles Tavern (a 24hr bar that has great munchie food) and don’t forget Tacos and Beer another 24 hour lunch and munch spot. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Things to know ● This unit is on the 1st & 2nd floors of the building with no elevator. ● We may use video surveillance in public areas. ● There are must climb stairs. ● For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request ● We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out. ● Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. ● City residents are required to book a minimum of a 3-night stay. ● State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. House rules ● NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. ● Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. ● Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. ● Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. ● Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. ● House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine. ● Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. ● For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. We had a great stay. The house was a little rough around the edges overall a great stay.

Somewhat disappointed with this stay. Overall, it was clean and the beds, bathrooms were good. Good location - very near the Streetcar line. However, the furniture was very spartan and uncomfortable. Metal chairs with no cushions. No sofa pillows, a probable burn hole that is growing larger. Very few kitchen cooking utensils. Icemaker did not work - and there was no ice in the container. Really - would the previous cleaning crew not notice and communicate this to the owners? Inconvenient, especially since there are no local ice selling kiosks. Also, bathtub showers have no mats or traction strips - very slippery! I think that this is a good example of what happens when a corporation owns a number of units and lets their QC get out of control. A lower value that what we've seen with other VRBO locations.

Loved the location - simple walk to streetcar. Or just a 20 minute walk to WWII museum and a 30 minute walk to Convention Center. Rooms were nice and clean and historical - bring a fan for the bedrooms (high ceilings and no ceiling fans made sleeping hot). Very limited kitchen cooking equipment but most people eat out when in New Orleans anyway (try Mahoneys- it was excellent). Correspondence with Hosteeva was great and handled quickly.

This was a wonderful home for the work trip we had in NOLA for a conference. The pool area was really nice. Not a lot of parking, kitchen needed more items to be able to cook. comfy couch. TV's didn't work much.

Quiet residential neighborhood. However, located directly across the street from an Awesome rum bar (not sure how zoning works in NO). Beautifully restored house with 2 1/2 bathrooms. Good kitchen. Clean and well lit. This street actually becomes Bourbon street as it goes North. Walkable to the French Quarter. Will repeat.
