I was required to make a 500€ deposit for "potential damage" and when we arrived nobody was there to actually show us the room and make sure it was in PERFECT working order... which it was NOT. A lot of things were broken or damaged (see pictures, I could only upload 4, but there are more). When you demand a 500€ deposit for "potential damage", the room better be in PERFECT condition, otherwise you just give the impression that you have no clue about what's going on at your own appartments or even worse, you want to repair the damage done by others using my money. Second thing: check-in at 15:00....... What the actual *#@$?? Have you ever checked ANY other check-in/out practices anywhere?.... We wasted half a day of our trip because of this.

Good location, close to the metro vstation sans soucis and the grocery store

Neither the tv nor the android box worked, cheap furnitures. Billed the same amount of a 3 stars hotel but less confortable,not a great value for the money spent (46 room + 46 cleaning fees)
