This is a tidal cove with an 8 to12 foot difference every 12 hours. Sometimes it is water, sometimes it's mud flats until the water returns. No boats are allowed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
