Where better to spend your summers than just steps from New Jersey's #1 Beach! Start your day with a glistening sunrise over the ocean's horizon only a few minutes walk from the condo door, and end each day with a stroll in the sand and beautiful sunset on the bay side just a few blocks from the condo. This fantastic beach block condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bath! Free beach! This unit features a nice open living space- living room, dining area, and equipped kitchen. Two very spacious and sunny bedrooms are serviced by the full hall bath. You will love the close proximity to the beach (no streets to cross!) and a shared area with grills, patio tables and chairs. Enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the vibrant Morey's Pier Boardwalk only a few short blocks away. Close to shopping, dining, and only 10 minutes to beautiful Historic Cape May! Weekly rentals ONLY in season Saturday to Saturday. As of 2024 the Condo has been almost fully renovated!! We rent Saturday to Saturday in season.

Best thing about this condo was its proximity to the beach and the price. Interior was generally clean but tired. Floor standing AC units were a bit musty and made everything damp. Kitchen was well equipped but there was a lot of leftover (open) food in the cabinets and refrigerator. No accessible outlets for chargers in the one bedroom. Unit does not have a number on the door so we had to find by process of elimination which wasn’t that difficult because there are only 8. But the price was awesome and it was fine for a beach getaway when we weren’t spending that much time indoors anyway.

Poorly stocked kitchen, not really renovated as advertised. Difficult to have beach house without towels, sheets, or washer/dryer. Due to pandemic, then hurricane, not best of times

Another Great Experience
This is our third time staying at this property.
First, the owners are super responsive and awesome! They send you all of the details that you need for your stay at least two weeks in advance and answer any questions that you have.
Second, the condo has a great layout and is super close to the beach. We love that there is a stove/oven for cooking since we have food allergies and have to prepare most of our meals at "home". There are air conditioners in every room-- they work so well that we only leave one on the entire week that we are there. Every year the owners make some improvements-- for example, this year they updated the furniture in one of the bedrooms and it has a super cute/nautical feel.
We recommend this condo for sure!

Comfy condo and perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay at Andrea's place. The condo has all the essentials, the location is 3 minutes walk to the beach, the communication with Andrea was easy. Would definitely stay again.

The place could have been a little cleaner, the floors were very sticky in the kitchen and there was a a lot of hair in the bathroom shower. Drains clog fast, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Only thing that was disappointing was the tv in the bedroom did not work, cable box was frozen on the same channel all week. Make sure to bring a fire stick or a laptop! Place was great otherwise! Definitely will be coming back here!

Andrea's unit is literally the perfect spot for couples and small families. Not only is it super convenient-- (first floor, beach block), but it's also cute and clean. The fact that there is a small oven and full fridge in the kitchen is amazing. Although we spend very little time in the room while we are in Wildwood Crest-- it feels really good to come "home" to this condo after a long day at the beach. The air conditioners are new and work great! There is a nice "living room" to sit in to talk or watch TV. Internet was super fast so I was able to work and stream Netflix like I would at home. The checkin/check out process is super easy- (there is a lockbox)-- and Andrea is very responsive! We love staying here and plan to continue renting this unit annually.

5 min from the beach...quiet...clean...close to everything you need....perfect for familly 2 adults 3 children...separate room for parents 😃. Wi fi is good...clothes line and hose and beach chair at youre disposition. Bbq operating well. Maybe more explanation on how the 3 tv work...but all around just perfect. Thanx

L’endroit tranquille et très bien situé. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire malgré la distance qui nous sépare.

Nous n’avons pas les mêmes critères de propreté que les propriétaires.
Mais ça ne dérangeait pas trop notre séjours puisque qu’on vit beaucoup à l’extérieur en vacances.

Perfect location in the Crest. Only a few steps to the beach, the crest park for weekend music and bike path. Condo was super cute, clean, comfortable and the neighbors were very welcoming. We had a great time!
