Bed was not very comfortable

I loved this little guesthouse! The location is great with a beautiful view of the sunset, the room (we had top floor) was spacious and comfy with ac, clean bathroom and huge balcony. The WiFi worked well enough and there’s a coffee tea set up all day as well! Oh and the host is lovely too. We would definitely stay again.

There is a nightclub across the water and you can hear the bass a bit at night from out waterfront room. I sleep with earplugs so it didn’t bother me though. (I assume any guesthouse on this side of the island would have this same issue) It wasn’t that big of a deal but it’s worth mentioning if you are a sensitive sleeper.

The location in the Old Town of Nessebar was amazing. The restaurant below as well. Unfortunately we did not get the sea view room as we thought we would. Other than that the beds and storage room was good, we had a coffee table in the hall, making it easy to have a coffee at home.

The balcony was very tiny.

The location is 10/10. We had an amazing sea view, close restaurants and a nice beach 15 min walking distance.

Actually there weren't any stuff that left a bad impression in me and my friends, I would recommend this place for sure.

Location was awesome - right next to the coast, where you can watch the sunset from the restaurant below (and some rooms). Restaurant below served some of the most professionally-made Italian food I've ever eaten. The staff at both the lodging and the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and warm. Our room did not face the coast but but rather the houses next to it, which made every moment spent there quite peaceful and serene. Even though the terrace did not look towards the coast, we enjoyed plenty of sun there, making any trips to the beach rather obsolete. That is why we didn't have the need to go far to relax, as the nearby plum tree provided a nice cozy feeling, further emphasized by the bells of the active church and the historical background of two more ancient ones. That being said, it should come as no surprise that all historical destinations of Nessebar's Old Town were within a 5 minute walk in any direction. This made roaming around and experiencing Old Town's perfect charm truly a walk in the park. Reaching the contemporary part of Nessebar was also rather accessible - just a matter of 20-30 minutes going there uphill and even less going back downhill. And even though the location, setting and food were truly lovely, it was the staff's heartfelt and hospitable attitude that made the biggest impression on us. That is why we wont hesitate to return for another summer holiday to the same place once again next year. And should someone from the staff we met on our trip find this review, we would like to use this opportunity to share our utmost gratitude for making us feel truly welcome. It's a perfect room and the host is such a lovely and incredibly helpful person. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The restaurant downstairs offers great food for a reasonable price.

We didn't have any complaints.

It was the most simpathic stay from all! The room is very beautiful and from the balcony we had a very nice view on the sea.

Location was simply amazing! such a lovely view from the window… On top of that we had access to coffee and tea which is surely an advantage. lady from the reception was very polite and helpful. and not to forget we were able to check in earlier which was very convenient

unfortunately beds were very hard which gave me back pain. I missed a hairdryer.

Everything was good in accordance with the description on the website except the sea view.

They lied about the sea view. There are few rooms, just one with a sea view and it’s told that every reservation would have the view. Not true.

Clean, lovely terrace, coffee, towels, nice hosts, perfect location.

Night lamps would have been appreciated as I wanted to do some reading while my mum wanted to sleep. A mosquito net would have been nice too. The biggest problem however was the noise from the base of some night club that went on till 7h in the morning! Could not sleep all night and no ear plug helped as these were vibrations you feel in your chest. I knlw the hosts cannot do much about it but hole they would will at least complain.
