Une hôte à l'écoute, disponible et souriante. Le studio est charmant. Bien situé et avec une fenêtre.

Du bruit tôt le matin avec la boulangerie juste en dessous.

Pas de contrainte d'heure d'arrivée, c'est pratique. Cafetière avec les dosettes du petit déjeuner et mot gentil : merci.

Le studio donne sur une petite voie arrière à priori calme. Mais... fête bruyante sous la fenêtre jusqu'à 7h du matin... : le boulanger ouvre son local qui donne sur la rue arrière, il vend des sandwiches aux personnes qui sortent de boîte de nuit, ces personnes viennent continuer la nuit ici sans musique mais avec grandes exclamations festives en buvant et mangeant. Double vitrage certes mais j'ai besoin d'air, d'ouvrir un peu la fenêtre pour dormir. Bon point : peinture récente et cuisine revue. Mauvais point : du vétuste aussi notamment en électricité. Cloison très peu épaisse avec le voisin, on entend tout, mais cela est dû à la construction pas au loueur qui peut difficilement isoler un studio déjà petit.

When we arrived, we wondered where the entrance was. When we entered the building off the rear lane, we had our doubts. Once in the apartment, all doubts vanished, and we felt at home. The cooking smells from the restaurant below confirmed our choice for dinner. In the morning, we awoke to the smell of baguettes being made. Also, from directly below.Can you really ask for anything more? Parking was easy.

Wifi could be better, but that was not why we came, so no problem.

Nothing. Bedroom superficially decorated but very grubby. No more to say....I knew the room was totally unsuitable for my wife's needs.

Unable to climb 4 flights of stairs due to disability..not advertised as difficult access. The property was not an apartment but a small double bedroom with a shower and toilet squeezed in..not enough room for a disabled or large person to get into and actually get to the toilet as there was approximately twelve inches between the outer wall and where your feet would be whilst actually on the toilet.To shower would have been impossible as I would have needed adult support...impossible for 2 persons in this area. Entrance to bedroom was via back lane...very dirty and lots of refuse from shops which were situated underneath the bedroom. Internal hallway in need of moderate decoration...very shabby and dirty. Problems from neighbours who protested that we had parked in their area...no parking there and no parking available in car park half a kilometre away as full...no other parking available due to the fact the bedroom was on top of a commercial street of shops with restrictions outside. Problems with gaining entry...owner of the bedroom late in contacting us with already arranged meeting time. Instructions sent in French with keycode which we could not translate...,managed to open one and retrieved a key which did ot fit the room...but fitted room 4...this was not the room advertised on BOOKING. COM and therefore a false impression of what we had paid for...we were impressed by that room but angry we had been misled.
