The second master suite has navy blue patterned linens, a private balcony, and a full bath with a step-in shower. A third cozy bedroom has a queen-size bed. The remaining two bedrooms are flexible bunk rooms with tons of sleeping space for the kiddos. The first bunk room has two twin-over-full bunk beds, while the other bunk room has two full-over-full bunks, a twin-over-full bunk, three twin trundles, and flatscreen television. An immaculate full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is accessible from the hallway. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
