If you need assistance with anything during your stay, we are available to assist you day and night. Guests will have access to the entire property and left in peace during their stay. If they need anything, we will be available to assist, provide recommendations, and ensure you have an amazing vacation. Three part-time staff service this villa: → Our villa manager, Sovi, will meet you on arrival, check you in & ensure you're comfortable → She is contactable every day, & will do our best to answer any questions regarding your trip → The housekeeper keeps the villa clean everyday. She will inform you her time and you can also arrange it with her if you want your own privacy. → Gardener/pool attendant tends to the property every 2-3 days. Everything will be done based on your privacy and discretion. For early check in and late check outs, we always accommodate these if possible. We can only confirm when the guests either side of your stay give us their arrival and departure times, and usually that only happens a day or two before. But we'll note your request, and will always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can anyway leave your luggage and bags with us in advance of check-in or after check-out. Once you've booked we'll send you detailed directions of how to find the villa. Please send us your flight details - flight number, arrival time and departure time - which we'll need to make your check in/out smooth. If you're coming from elsewhere in Bali please tell us what time you expect to be with us. (check-in can be arranged anytime from 14.00pm to anytime after) On the day you arrive, our lovely manager will be waiting for you at the villa. He'll make sure you're in comfortably, give you keys, help you with your orientation and answer any other questions. A day or two before you leave, please tell him at what time you plan to depart (11.00 am is standard check out time) and he'll then come to check you out also. Airport Transfer. We recommend not to arrive without your transfer already organised because a taxi group with crazy rip off prices operates at the airport. Uber and other taxi apps are banned for airport pick ups. Location. We are in between Seminyak & Canggu. We are on Jalan Umalas and we are perfectly situated if you want to be with the crowd or be laid back and it is all short distance. Batu Belig Beach and Berawa Beach is around 5 minutes ride. Echo Beach, Batu Bolong Beach is around 8 minutes ride. What was The Canggu Club - now renamed Finn's Recreation Club - is just up the road too. So we have a fantastic location – safe and peaceful. If you need them, taxis can be found day and night from the end of the road (1 minute walk). If you need more exact information re the location, please click through our photographs. We have many guests who are families with children, and they love the pool and garden. If you would like us to provide items such as baby feeding chairs, bottle sterilizers, cots or a pool safety fence then we hire these in from a company whose products meet Australian consumer standards. Let us know what you need, we'll tell you the price (it's cheap!) and the items will be waiting for you on arrival. We use Bali Bubs Company There are many 7/11's/circle k around and also a big Western style supermarket (Pepito Gourmet or even Coco Gourmet), perfect for any family-sized shop, a 3 minutes drive away. We use a network of tried, tested and safe drivers. For around 550k+/- per day you can hire a people carrier, gas included, and 8-10 hours of the driver's time. Let us know and we'll be happy to give you the drivers' contact details. Taxis can drive right to the villa door. There is also a vehicle/moped/scooter parking space by the door too. The villa is exactly as in the pictures. We take cleanliness very seriously and are proud of our 5* cleanliness rating. There is no mould, spider webs, cockroaches, ants nests or anything like this. Our manager, clean and checks everything on the day of your arrival and check out, and then everyday after that. We guarantee the cleanliness is as good! Laundry. The staff can pick up your laundry and drop it off at the local laundromat for you. It will come back clean and ironed the next day. There's a small charge calculated by weight (usually no more than a few dollars per load) which it's easiest for you to settle with her directly. We advise not to put beloved or expensive items through the Balinese laundry. Please note, as we don't control this out-of-house laundry service, we can't be held responsible for any losses or damage. Mosquito. Our bedrooms are sealed so you won't get bitten at night if you keep the doors closed after 5pm. And we have the villa and garden regularly ‘fogged' which kills mosquito larvae in and around the area. For monthly stays, there is an electricity limit of IDR 1.5JUTA. Any extra, the guest can pay directly based on the charge as it is a prepaid system. You will be provided 4 free aqua gallons, any extra is at an extra charge. Bali is mere IDR 20k for a big gallon. Otherwise, daily housekeeping, wifi etc etc is all included.
