Nestled in Wanaka, this lovely house for $145 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Space: This large three bedroom holiday home has a huge section across from the Clutha River and Outlet track. Plenty of space for cars and a boat. Four Square, Patisserie, pub, playground and tennis courts are all just a stroll away. **NOTE: THERE IS NO INTERNET AT THIS PROPERTY** There is a large open plan living and dining area providing plenty of space for the entire family to relax and warm up in front of the fire. A great place for a family get-away! Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom 3 - 2 x Singles ***Portable cot with bedding and portable highchair available for hire at an additional cost*** **NOTE: THERE IS NO INTERNET AT THIS PROPERTY** This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels. Interaction with Guests: Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Nice comfortable home. Great log burner that kept house super warm and logs just outside house so very easy to collect. Very well serviced with everything that we needed. Close to great walks and Wanaka and in a lovely quiet location. Only downside , there is no wifi. Most properties now have wifi.

Nice warm family home, fantastic fire and great location! Home contained everything you could ever need with plenty of off road parking for boat. Heaps of room for kids to ride bikes, play backyard cricket and being able to bring dogs was great. River walks and fishing at your door step. Would love to stay again. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Loved being away from all the busyness of Wanaka township itself. The Clutha river was a short walk away with great swimming for Tess (dog) and us. Walks and Mountain biking trails are right here too. Great spot if this is what you enjoy doing too. A boundary fence would be beneficial for dogs rather than a long chain/kennel. Also WiFi needed at this property.

Our family had a great time staying at the house and would thoroughly recommend staying here. Wonderful fire and amenities. Walking distance to the Clutha River and a short drive to Wanaka.

Very good bach with fully equipped kitchen. Lack of heaters in the bedrooms was a bit disappointing at the beginning but got used to it. You just need to keep all the doors open during the night to keep the house warm from the wood burner. WiFi would be a great addition too.

Lovely spacious property, in a great location, quiet, with lovely walking tracks nearby. Just a few mins drive to Wanaka. House well equipped, with fabulous log fire which kept it warm for our winter trip. We would definitely return for both a summer or winter visit again.

The house is in a great location near the river so easy to access the walking/cycling tracks. Facilities at the house were superb and we enjoyed the space in the living areas and the excellent wood burner that heated the whole house during our winter stay. There was a plentiful supply of dry firewood and the fire certainly didn't take long to heat the house. Facilities were excellent - kitchen was well stocked and provided lots of extras, beds were comfy and warm Would definitely stay again.
