Brought the family down for 4th of july week. Great location, perfect beach, spacious outdoor area with activities! We thoughly enjoyed our vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for three couples and this location had everything we needed.

The location was great. The home was nice. Smaller than I thought. Not a full size frig. Not small child friendly. The beach was great and not crowded.

Right on the beach. Beautiful setting. Walkable to all the main restaurants and shops. Great for families - kids from all the units ran around everywhere and played together. Might not be super quiet or private if coming for adults trip. Only one downside - really poor internet. Wasn’t an issue for entertainment because there was a lot to do between the beach and the strip. However, it was challenging for baby monitors at naps and nights.

Good communication with property mgr. before & during our stay. Maintenance staff came through once a day to be sure the exterior amenities were all in order. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating with shade. Very close walk into town.

I felt a little like the property wasn't explicitly described online. A shared foyer with another unit that was over full made it loud at odd times. The bedrooms are all on second floor and super tiny. Have never booked a property on the water in Siesta, but I didn't feel like it was a good value for the price.

Just great. Friendly people and a great location!

Just steps from this beach, this property provided us a beautiful setting for a backyard wedding with family. Very comfortable and well designed interior allows for a good place to cool off from the hot sun. Great outdoor area dedicated just to our unit, as well as common areas that allowed for good places to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful beach only 15 feet away. Would recommend and return.

Great location and property directly on the beach. Great communications with property manager. Only complaint is the make shift air conditioning unit upstairs in the hallway with two fans made it miserable to sleep at night. Downstairs AC was great.

Beautiful home reminiscent of old Florida. The beach is literally just steps aways from the front door. Best place to watch sunsets.

Very satisfied

We absolutely loved the Sea Horse unit at Sunset Beach Resort! An old Florida style beach cottage thats steps away from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our 35th anniversary. Looking forward to returning next year! Sheila & Shelly were wonderful, making the reservation & stay a pleasure.

Fantastic location. Small bedrooms and slightly hot upstairs, but the location was amazing! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Great location, 2 blocks to the village. I loved how close the beach is to the unit. We could just step outside onto the brick patio and enjoy the view. Also there are numerous sea grape trees that provide shade as well. There is construction next door but this unit was farther away so it did not diminish our experience. I loved the history of the house. We have already booked again for this fall.

Everything was so nice! Clean... quiet...relaxing! We all loved it!

We had a mini family vacation and stayed in the seahorse unit. Pictures are exactly what you get. Beautiful sunsets and very accommodating with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Everyone wants to return next year!!

We had a family vacation here a few weeks ago and this is the place to stay! Right on the beach, fully equipped home, walking distance to restaurants in Siesta Village, and one of the most beautiful beaches in Sarasota! Chelly was a wonderful hostess and we will be back!

This place was better then expected, very clean, nicely decorated, right on the beach. Every room has a beach view. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriends and I stayed at this amazing resort to celebrate! Such an awesome place! Everything about it was just perfect!! The unit was beautiful and had absolutely everything you could think of and the location can't be beat with the beach just a few steps from the unit and Siesta Village only a block away. Can't wait to come back! Thanks so much for making it such a special getaway for us!!
