Nestled in Anna Maria Island, this charming cottage for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Anna Maria Island ''paradise without an attitude''. Our ground level newly renovated unit is located in the village of Anna Maria on a quiet residential street, a short stroll to the sugar white sand beach. Free trolley stop, shopping, a variety of restaurants, both fishing piers, the island community center are all within walking distance. Many local concerts, festivals, art & craft shows and fireworks depending on the season of your visit. With Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa so close your can be as busy as you like with endless activities or quietly walk the beautiful beach, watch the dolphins swim pass while you wait for the spectacular sunset. We have wifi internet , unlimited long distance calling in the US & Canada. Tiled floors and beautiful screened lanai. Fenced in large yard with patio and will consider well behaved pets. Our rates are based on double occupancy. When using instant confirmation please provide a small description of your reason for visiting the island and your relationship to all guests in the reservation. Anna Maria has a strict noise policy. No noise from 10pm-8 am. Violators will receive a noise violation from the Sheriffs department, that they are responsible for paying , ask to leave the property with no refund. The property is protected on the outside by Ring video security cameras.

The cottage is cozy and private even though it is a duplex. It is separated from the other unit. The furniture is comfortable and ao are the beds. Almost everything you would need immediately (condiments, soaps, coffee, etc) are there. The back yard is private and well furnished for relaxing. It is within walking distance to bay and beach, aa well aa shopping and eating out .u

We had a great few days on Anna Maria Island Fla, the home was in a fabulous location walking distance to beautiful stores, restaurants, coffee shops and beach. This home was extremely clean and had every amenity you might need. Our two senior dogs were welcomed and had a safe enclosed yard to explore. We hope to come back again.

The house was very clean and was in a great location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was available. I would recommend this home.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location was only a few blocks from the beach and the cottage was exceptionally clean and charmingly decorated. Cindy is a great host and provided excellent communication with us. We look forward to staying here again!

This house was perfect! We had two in our party, but it could easily accommodate 4. Two blocks to the Gulf and a few blocks to the Bay. The house was decorated so nicely and extremely clean. Lots of little shops and places to eat within walking distance. The host kindly offered us early check in. I highly recommend this rental, and if I get the chance to come back to the area I would absolutely rent this home again!

This is one of the nicest homes we've stayed in. Super clean and has everything you need for your stay. Having the washer and dryer is really handy. The back yard is cute space and nice spot for your morning coffee. It's a short walk to beach and there plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The property was exactly as described in listing. There was a new container of ground coffee waiting for us upon arrival which was greatly appreciated and heaps of travel size toiletries which we did not use but would be great if you forgot something. Communication with host was great and the stay was fabulous, the house is close to everything. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. This was our second visit. Great location, beautiful sunrises over the bay and gorgeous sunsets over the gulf, both within walking distance. Very nice, clean and well kept cottage. Thank you Cindy. We will be back.

We had such a great time!! The cottage was super cute and exactly like the pictures!! Close to beach but in a quiet area. We rented a golf cart to explore the island. I highly recommend that!!! Cindy had great communication. Easy check in and out!! The house was fully stocked with everything you need!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Great location, close to beach and bay. Walkable but we drove as experienced very high heat indexes. Air conditioner worked great. Cottage was so clean. Stocked better than any other rental we’ve had. Beds were very comfortable. Hope to be back!

The cottage was clean, in a great location and had lots of little touches to make you comfortable. Cindy was a great host from the time I booked the reservation and throughout our stay. I will rent it again the next time I visit!

We spent 4 nights on the occasion of our 53rd wedding anniversary. Everything about our experience with this property and its host was 5 star. Cindy is attentive, gracious, and accomodating. The cottage is equipped with everything we could ask for and very comfortable. We loved the screened in porch area in the back...although it was a little too hot this time of year to really make use of it...and the fenced in back yard, which our small dog enjoyed. We definitely intend to visit many more times!

My wife and I are familiar with the island so we knew we wanted to stay in this location. So glad we chose this house! Cindy is an incredible host! The house is in the center of it all! Beach, restaurants, shops, pier, coffee spots and pickleball nearby! You can take a short walk everywhere. This home is so clean! Everything smelled fresh right down to the linens! Great reclining couches, comfortable beds, awesome shower and sitting on the back lanai with coffee in the morning was so peaceful. We will definitely be back and we can wait to bring our friends and parents here. Thank you Cindy for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Hello, pictures & description of this property were 100 % accurate! We stayed last week in April, 2023. Once we parked our car, in the driveway to the right of home, it never moved, for my husband & I, (in our mid forties) walked everywhere. Ocean, two blocks to the left, Tampa Bay, ~ 4-5 blocks to the right. Our rescue, bigger dog, LOVED to lay out back in the sunshine, in the fenced in yard. We loved the little extras, like liquid hand soap at sinks, liquid ivory body wash in shower, the amazing hot water pressure of shower stall in bathroom, the sand buggy on wheels, with chairs, in storage shed, (to use for hauling stuff to the beach) umbrellas, screened in lanai, (my favorite) out back, & how close this property is to everything on the beach, & bay. Yes, we would definitely stay here again, in the future, without question! Thanks so much to Cindy for sharing her home with our little family. Sincerely, Womacks
