Cleanliness of the property, comfortable room, and very prompt housekeeping staff
I would prefer wooden chairs in the room (instead of plastic ones). Not a big deal though.

They made our wedding anniversary special by executing a surprise planned by our friend from Kochi.
The breakfast was nice too. Very neat and attentive service.

We only stayed one night at departure from Meghalaya. But it was the best of three hotels we stayed in Shillong. Hotels in Shillong feels dated most of the time. Whereas this one was modern with their own parking and good food, cleanness and stuff. Highly recommended...

Location and spacious room
Hot water comes in Health Faucet. Complaint raised but no use. They said next time we will take care of that issue which is not acceptable. We booked 2 rooms but AC is not working and they gave us fan.
