This is the third time i have booked this property, it is a perfect location for the facility that the team are working at. The house is roomy, lots of comfy beds to choose from and as always a well equipped kitchen which is perfect for the teams self catering needs. This property would always be my first choice of booking when staying in Derby. Highly recommended and host communication is excellent.

More bathrooms then expected so basically every guest had their own facilities, exceptionally good heating system that was very easy to use, nice comfortable beds and plenty of equipment in the kitchen.

10 minutes driving from derby train station Cheap

-Poorly cleaned (found my litter bin filled with rubbish) - Small for a person, extremely small for a couple -Noisy (could hear everyone in the other rooms) - Poor check in service ( got told by one person that I could only check in after 15:00, planned my whole journey accordingly and on the date got a text with the code to check in before 15:00) - check out until 10:00 although they started cleaning the rooms at 9am. Between 10:00 and 15:00 that’s plenty of time to clean the room and it makes a lot of difference for the clients to get up a bit late when they have 300 miles to drive;
