Located on fisherman's favorite Cardinal Cove at Lake Texoma. The living room has 1 recliner, a twin day bed with trundle, a couch, and smart TV. The kitchen comes stocked with dishes, cookware, appliances, spices, condiments. coffee pot and filters, towels, dish soap, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, range, refrigerator, table and chairs for 2. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a sofa fold out twin bed, Roku tv, connecting bath with shower and vanity stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners. Bedroom #2 has king bed, small closet, Roku TV, bathroom next door with tub/shower. Washer and dryer in hall. Eagles nest can be seen from the back of the lot towards the creek behind the house. Its huge and we love listening to them talk/squawk at each other. Game table and wood burning stove on enclosed porch. Fire pit area with firewood. charcoal grill. Covered parking for 2 boats and pickups. Extra parking beside covered parking.

Great stay!

Great stay!

Our stay was very comfortable and this place had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and had extra bedding to use. The fire pit was used for s’mores at night and shade was awesome during the day! Nice and clean. Becky was available and very helpful for any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we come for our fishing trips.

Loved how anything you would need for a weekend getaway, it’s provided. Fun and entertaining sun room. All amenities. Comfy. Welcoming. Price originally stated a certain amount on avg/night, ended up paying more per night. Logistically not the best if you have a pontoon/trailer. We maneuvered our trailer beside the carport. Also non refundable amount for insurance, didn’t expect to pay extra. Other choice was a substantial amount for insurance that is fully refundable, but I thought it was required up front. So I opted to pay the cheap, not so cheap non refundable. (Don’t have a several hundred dollars laying around) Enjoyed our time there for sure. Not a bad experience at all, just monetary surprises.

Renting this was easy and the owners were super nice. I recommend staying here the beds where comfy and clean. Nice AC. Not far from the water. I will stay again.

This property was very homey and Becky even called and checked on us when we were running late.

I had a little trouble getting in using the code ,but Becky quickly helped us out all condiments and amenities were on the property making our stay nice,Becky also communicated about how far a store was so we stopped on our way in and got food.I would stay here again. Thanks Becky I was disappointed about the golf cart being on the web site,and finding out that it was no longer available ,and there were none available to rent

Our family spent 2 nights here and it was wonderful. Clean, well stocked, affordable, perfect set up to have a cookout and sit around the fire with loved ones. There’s also some great fishing spots nearby. Would definitely go again!

Great place to stay, close to the lake. Plenty of parking space for a boat. House was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything I could have needed. A few good restaurants are a short drive away as well. Will definitely stay here again.

This lake getaway was awesome. The bed was comfy and the place is stocked with everything you could imagine. Cozy and quaint. I really enoyed this place on Cardinal Cove. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean and comfy place to stay at Lake Texoma
