The condo was perfect. An upper loft above the living room and two bedrooms below the living room. It was the perfect amount of seperation for privacy if youre staying with others or if you want a little noise break from kiddos. Recommend!

A lot of deferred maintenance
Sooo many things were broken or did not work( heaters, TV, dressers, etc). The condo needs new furniture. Kim however is amazing and super helpful. Carine

Perfect setup for my two sons and my last minute spring ski trip! We prefer ski-in/ski-out and while this was not technically that, it was a very easy 5-10 min walk to the base, even with equipment. We also enjoyed the layout of effectively 3 bedrooms for us to have our own individual space, as well as a comfortable living room and kitchen space. Check-in/access was a breeze, and management was very responsive to fix a clogged toilet we discovered when we got there. Only caution is on the Village itself - not sure if it is just this way because of policies that began under Covid, or if always this way, but dinner in the village shuts down around 8:00 and a couple places require reservations, so plan accordingly. Would still love to come back and would recommend this condo!

Taos Blue Sky and Ski
Great property for two couples and two friends to make a 4 day weekend skiing on the mountain. Amazing access and parking, great rooms and layout, kitchen has everything you need, and beautiful views. Host is SUPER RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL! Access to the spa at The Blake by paying for a day pass is exceptional. Only negative is there is not really any storage for your skis/boards/gear, so the entry way/doorway gets pretty tight when getting out the door in the morning and returning. Overall, terrific stay!

Telluride Ski Trip
The house was comfortable and had enough space for 4 adults and 4 kids (4 Mo., 1 yr, 2yrs, 4 yrs). The house has all of the dishes and utensils we needed. The house was stocked with blankets and quilts. House was only 3 min walk to base, which made getting on and off the mountain easy. The property manager was super a responsive throughout the weekend and returned calls immediately.
The only issue we had was that the house (specifically the steps entering to the second floor and partially on the second floor) smelled like cigarette smoke. Apparently, the condo adjacent smokes and it can get through. The smell went away by mid trip.

Nice place to stay
Comfortable beds. Kitchen adequately stocked for cooking. Prompt response for questions and issues.

The condo itself was nice overall. We had some issues with the wifi. There is minimal storage space in the condo due to its age but overall it was a pleasant stay.

This property is so easy to find and walkable to the ski basin. It was perfect base to our epic hike to Wheeler Peak on a beautiful fall day. The condo is well stocked with basics, including wood. All the beds were toasty warm with flannel sheets and very comfortable. Also the pillows were varied and some were very plump! The WiFi was a little erratic for remote working but to be expected in a location like this. Super comfortable place to spend some time!

Great location
We stayed in condo January 2020. Condo has updated fixtures and appliances, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Lots of stairs, but not an issue until time to unload/load supplies. Very clean, great view with balcony and wood fireplace.

Close to slopes
It was nice not having to drive to the slopes every day. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Kim was very nice and helpful. It was a little cold downstairs, but condo had extra heaters. You can see part of the runs from balcony. It’s a short walk to the village where there are plenty of restaurants, a little store for necessities and two stores for all your skiing needs. Do your shopping before the lifts stop, it gets very busy at 4:00. We rented online from Cottam’s, super friendly staff. And we got discounted lift tickets online too. But the condo had coupons for Cottam’s if you rent when you get there. There is a little slope to the condo parking lot, we couldn’t get out with 2-wheel drive, but there is another exit. You will need a 4-wd or chains to go further up the mountain to Bavarian Inn, but they have a shuttle. There are three flights of stairs to get to living area, but it wasn’t really that bad, just unloading and loading was a chore. All fixtures and appliances have been updated so it was a very nice place to stay and again, the convenient location is a definite plus. We recommend this condo.

Great location condo!!
I visited this house last January, it was a family trip and we had a great time there. Location is walking distance to lifts, very comfortable, 3 story house, so a little more up and down than wanted but very well equipped and comfortable.

Great location; very comfortable
Our family stayed at Twining 7 for a March ski vacation. We thought it was terrific. The location is very convenient. It is a short walk to the ski lifts / base, which made it very easy to get to/from everything we wanted to do. We have stayed further up the valley a number of times and this was definitely our best location experience. Parking was also very convenient. The condo itself was very comfortable. You walk up a staircase to two bedrooms and a full bath. It’s up another level to the kitchen and living area with the fireplace (and the second bath). It’s one more flight of stairs to the loft, which offers the most space of the three bedrooms. Overall, I wouldn’t characterize the condo as spacious - the first two bedrooms are a touch cramped because they put the largest beds possible there (a good decision!). There also isn’t a ton of closet space - a closet or even some hooks near the entry door or the first level with the bedrooms would be helpful. Also, there is no laundry in the unit - the condo complex has its own laundry room, which is coin operated. All that said, the condo is appointed well and worked great for my family of four. The internet works well, as do the TVs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals. We would rent it again without hesitation.

Everything u could ask for!
We enjoyed this home so much that I hate to give such a great review, in hopes to keep it to ourselves! Spectacular location just a couple hundred yards from the lifts and restaurants. For the price not a better deal in Taos!!

Mixed review
We had an overall good trip to Taos Ski Valley and stayed 3 nights in this condo. First, I think it's important to understand that this condo is really a four level condo. The entrance is on the first floor, and has a small (locked) inside door to the left that goes to the attached condo next door. There is a flight of steps up to the second floor where the two bedrooms and a bathroom are. There is another flight of steps to the main level with kitchen and living room, and another flight of steps up to the loft. Although this wasn't the best while shuttling bags and ski equipment up the multiple levels, that actually wasn't our biggest issue. My main concern with this condo was the overwhelming stench of weed, cigarette smoke, and incense that bombarded us for two out of the three days and nights that we stayed here. The smells were pouring in through the door to the attached unit next door, and, to be fair, we opted not to address the issue during our stay, wanting to avoid a possible confrontation. The owner of the unit next door (where the stench came from) also owns the condo we stayed in; he seemed like a nice enough guy and I would guess that he'd probably be open to making sure that this didn't happen again. But, during our trip, we didn't want to risk a conversation going badly...we just wanted to get through it. The odor was choking on the first and second levels, including the bedrooms at night. The MJ odor was so strong that we all felt it was probably some sort of grow/harvest going on that the owner was attempting to cover up with a thick disgusting incense. It should be noted that all of us three adults that were staying in the place lived and went to school in Boulder...we aren't offended by the smell of weed. This, however, was overwhelming and was made a whole lot worse by the attempt to cover with incense. I would not go back unless assured that the problem had been remedied. And, really, we'd find a place that didn't have four levels.
GOOD POINTS: the management company seemed very professional and accommodating. Again, to be fair, we did not raise this issue with them; opting to just get through it and move on. The location was great and was a short walk to the slopes. The unit was very clean. Any future guests would probably be fine to raise the smell issue with the management and stay there with assurances that it won't re-occur.

Great location!
We loved staying in this town home. Perfect for 2 couples in the bedrooms and kids in the loft. Easily walk back and forth as you need to the base. Kim was an excellent host. She made sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen has everything you could need. Thank you for a great experience! We'll be back for sure.

Great location at Taos Ski Valley
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Twinning #7. A great location walking distance to the ski lifts. The condo provided a great home base for us while we enjoyed our time skiing and venturing out to other areas around Taos. Property manager, Kim was on the spot with any questions, assistance and/or needs we had while on site.
