GROUND FLOOR Step through the door into the ground floor, awash with light, where an inviting sleeping area greets you.   To your left, discover a family bathroom, complete with a rejuvenating shower and a deep inviting bathtub – ideal for washing away the day’s lake adventures.   To the right, you will find a comfortable twin bedroom, offering ample storage to unpack your suitcase and make yourself at home.   As you venture towards the rear of the property, two bedrooms with built-in robes await, each leading to a sprawling, glass fenced deck. The enclosed ground floor rear deck, accessed through the downstairs bedrooms, or by the spiral staircase from the living area above, is designed for alfresco entertainment. The enclosed glass fence ensures peace of mind for the little ones while relaxing by the lake and therefore does not have direct lake access. The nearest canoe launch point is located near Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map. The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter. The outdoor Mill Village pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
