El hotel es excelente y muy grande, tiene varios restaurantes y con mucha variedad cada uno para que puedas escoger lo que quieras comer. También tienen eventos de espectáculo a diario y muy entretenidos. El hotel cuenta con playa privada y puedes estar ahí todo el día, también tienen una piscina grande pero casi no la usamos. La habitación era bastante amplia y la aseaban a diario.
La atención del personal es muy buena, siempre están atentos a lo que necesites y tienen muy buena atención al cliente, incluso nos dejaron hacer un check in temprano.
La pasamos muy bien en el hotel, no tuvimos una mala experiencia

The staff were excellent. Santo attended to our every need and when we didn't find Santo because he had close, Carlos too was very helpful. I enjoyed the room service also!
Our room, we wanted a Jacuzzi in the room not bathroom making it look like a bathtub. The food at the buffet especially lunch and dinner were cold and stale!

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
My room smelled strongly of sewage throughout my stay. The staff insisted it was seaweed from the beach, but it did not seem like that to me it smelled more like mold. This was frustrating and made it difficult to enjoy the room. I spent most of my time outside of it and even wore a mask to sleep. I was told there were no other rooms available to switch to. I was also very disappointed with the food. Although the property is all-inclusive, we chose to eat out for most meals. For breakfast, the only items I felt comfortable eating were fruit and a boiled egg. I’m not a picky eater, but the available options were not appealing. I’m also an adult, so having pizza and burgers as the only available choices while the other restaurants were closed was especially frustrating.
Lastly, the flies were a major issue in the outdoor eating area. The property really needs to address them.
