Friendly and helpful staff Bam (day shift) and Pam (night shift). Toilets are kept incredibly clean beyond expectation with frequent cleaning sessions. Wonderfully convenient location near Victory Monument BTS Station. Shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance.
The beds were a bit tough and hard to my parents' preference.

Location.
There is a flight of stairs prior to reaching the "real" entrance at level 9. Not for those with heavy luggage and elder people. Bed ceiling was abit low and abit short lengthwise. so not for 6 footers.

Their coffin room with a dedicated air conditioner may not be very comfortable but it does offer a very special experience, especially if you are into the culture of nosferatu. I did not expect sound isolation for a coffin but to my surprise the sound isolation is much better than the capsule I have stayed in an airport. It is located on the 20 floors so going up and down is a very good short exercise (lifts are available from ground to 19th floor for weak feet though). The hostel is ckean, affordable and in a convenient location near BTS, two malls and lots of restaurants. Staffs can speak Thai and English.
There are coin operated washing machines underground but there is no machine to change coins. Also the reception does not have coins for change.

The outdoor seating area was nice
The beds where so hard you where as well sleeping on the floor.
Showers where disgusting, no toilet roll, air vents had 2 inches of dust on them and the drains were stinking.
Wasn’t very clean.
Glad we only stayed here 1 night.
