It's very nice, cozy, quiet and clean. It's a shared house but every room has it's own bathroom/toilet and you can't hear other guests.
It's near the bus station and in the "bad" part of the city, there is no restaurants or markets close to tje appartment BUT the bus station for the city centre is really close so it isn't a big issue

The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was great for making some to eat
It was a little further out of the central area than we thought. However, we do not mind walking so for us It was not a big deal. Some of the buildings around the accommodations were a little rundown, but if you got past that, it was all good.

I have Whatsapped my recommendations to Monica: mainly a larger number in the house number and the very slippery shower floor.
