Nice and modern apartment to stay in. A bit far from beaches but with short distance to pedestrian street with restaurants and caffes. Also close to bus station to old town Dubrovnik.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in top Lage
Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich top! Restaurants, Bars und eine Bushaltestelle sind ganz in der Nähe. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten waren super und die Umgebung insgesamt sehr schön.
Das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Leider war es bei der Ausstattung etwas knapp, zum Beispiel hätten wir uns mehr Löffel gewünscht. Wir haben uns aber zu helfen gewusst, sodass es für uns kein großes Problem war.
Die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos! Top Service was Information anging.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko mały market Studenac (coś jak polska Żabka, otwarty codziennie, własna piekarnia w środku), w pobliżu przystanek autobusu #6 na Stare Miasto, niedaleko ładne plaże Uvala Lapad i Vis, po drodze na plaże deptak z wieloma restauracjami z pysznym jedzeniem (szczególnie polecamy PINO)
Apartament przestronny, cicha okolica, ładny widok z tarasu, świetne wyposażenie, wszędzie czysto. Klimatyzacja była wybawieniem w połowie sierpnia :) Miejsce w parkingu pod budynkiem.Winda w budynku.

Klimatyzacja w sypialniach nie dawała rady dobrze schłodzić tych pomieszczeń ( w salonie było przyjemnie chłodno), mrówki w części pomieszczeń (na wyposażeniu Raid i proszek na mrówki), lodówka mroziła jedzenie nawet przy ustawieniu na najmniejsze chłodzenie, w czajniku po zagotowaniu wody pozostawał biały osad, obniżone drzwi w sypialniach szorowały po posadzce i generowały hałas

Comfortable matress, quiet, nice view on the port
The apartment felt quite poorly maintained. Several sockets were coming out of the walls, the walls were dirty, and there was even a bug trap in the middle of the living room, which made us worried there might be insects (though we didn’t actually see any).
The shower wasn’t practical, as you had to hold the shower head by hand.
Overall, this could be a lovely flat with a bit of care and maintenance, but as it is now, it feels unkept and in need of some attention.
