Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony that overlooks the boat basin/marina with a side view of the bay. You can also enjoy wine or coffee on this balcony while sitting at the bistro table and chairs. Dining options include Angelos world famous seafood and nearby tropical trader local shrimping family. Enjoy an evening stroll to either of these wonderful lunch or dinner options. Several boat slips within a mile. The clear and refreshing pool is also very family friendly. Laundry facility located on property. Basket ball and tennis courts are also located on property. HAD A AWESOME TIME...THE VIEW FROM BACK DECK WAS LIKE LOOKING AT A PICTURE...CONDO WAS CITE..CMEAN AND COMFORTABLE...COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT...I APPRECIATED THE GATED COMMUNITY AND SECURITY IS PRIVIDED...THE AREA WAS FULL OF SEAFOOD AND SMALL BEACH TOWN VIBE...WENT TO A FESTIVAL AND HAD A FANTASTIC TIME...DOLLAR GENERAL..WALMART..HARDWARE STORE ALL WITHIN A FEW MINUTES DRIVE....GREAT FISHING AND SMALL SHOPS TO GO THROUGH...OVERALL ...DEF 5 STARS
