Not only will you have your own private pool, but access to Walden's community pool which is within walking distance. Watch your boat from your condo balcony which overlooks the private boat dock. An elevator gives you easy access to the newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. This condo comfortably sleeps 4 people with a queen in the bedroom, and a queen Murphy bed with memory foam mattress in the living room. All your comforts of home await you: Cable tv, DVD player, high speed internet, washer/dryer inside the condo, kitchen basics, and more. One of the best features of this condo is its easy access to everything. The Walden Yacht Club is next door where the community pool is located, along with a playground and grill. The Yacht Club also serves dinner with other weekly events. The Walden Marina is just minutes from the condo, and can supply you with all of your fishing and boating needs. While staying at the condo you will also have access to Walden's private boat ramp and the fitness club. The condo is also located close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Was so happy with our stay. The location was beautiful right on the lake and close to restaurants. It was just as described with plenty of amenities. What a relaxing stay!! Brooke was wonderful with everything and quick to respond to any questions we had.

We celebrated our anniversary with a quick weekend stay. It's walking distance to a great restaurant and bar with pool access. Not far from Margaritaville and several other nice places. Will definitely be back.

My sister and I came to attend a family wedding and the location couldn’t have been better . The condo is very nice; perfect for two adults. The view from the balcony of the lake was so pretty. We will definately use this condo again.

This property was Amazing! One of the best Summer, weekend getaways we have experienced. The Condo was even better than advertised. Super secluded and quiet. The view of Lake Conroe right outside the balcony was beautiful and the Pool was awesome. Never more than 2 - 3 people there and mostly was just our family each time we were there. Very peaceful and tranquil neighborhood. Close enough to any fast food and restaurants but felt as if you were a part of a private, exclusive community away from the big city. The Price was A++++! The Owner (Brooke) was very nice and helpful. We definitely plan to return!

The condo was very clean and updated. We could walk to the restaurant and they had an outdoor band that was a lot of fun. Bed slept really good. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions and very nice and accommodating!

Property was perfect for a quick getaway! Breakwater Grill a very short walk away where we were able to sit outside and enjoy live music for hours. Condo was great location for us and had everything we might need. Thanks Brooke!
