This house is located in an excellent location and had a good sized pool which were my families main requirements. However, it is really showing its age. When we arrived it was not very clean. Gunk on tables, spots on floor and somebody else's clothing in drawers. The furniture is getting shabby and dirty, the deck needed a good power washing. The pull-out couch that was advertised had no bedding. The driveway is advertised as having 4 parking places which is impossible. Also they forgot to mention the steep driveway and all the stairs! There is no way a handicapped or disabled person could get into this house The house was comfortable but not well maintained inside and out. The pool had been left with other renter deflated pool toys all over and their was weeds everywhere. Thought the price was high for the value we received.

This house was nicely situated on the hill, with great view of the lake and mountains - 2 minute drive to the lake. Four bedrooms, roomy living areas, great open kitchen made for comfy stay, where everyone had room to hang out or do their own thing. The private pool in front was warm (meaning not freezing cold) and wonderful to swim or lounge in for hours. Everything was clean and well kept. There are about 18 steps up to the entrance, just noting for anyone who has issues with stairs. A very nice place and we'll come back!

We booked this house for my bachelorette party! It’s a super cute house and the pool is awesome! The location is great! About a minute drive from Manson bars/restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk. I would’ve given a 5 star review however a few things weren’t great. Starting off is the stairs leading up to the house. The cement blocks are a bit loose and there aren’t any lights around them. This makes going up or down the stairs when it’s dark out SUPER dangerous. My aunt actually tripped our last night there and banged up her knees really bad. The other “issues” are more like minor inconveniences. They have about 3(or more) coffee pots- none of them work. One actually leaked all over the counter. There is a grill however two of the burners don’t work(I think the igniters are just not working) so if you plan on cooking burgers/hotdogs/chicken or whatever on the grill you’ll probably be using the oven. They have extra pillows in the closets but there aren’t any pillow cases to go over them and they have a pull out couch which is great! But they don’t have any sheets for it. So if you’re staying here and plan on using the pull out couch make sure you bring sheets. The gate to the back yard has a broken latch and it won’t close all the way so if it’s windy you can hear it slamming open and shut. It’s on the side of the house with the master bedroom. It scared me the first night because it sounded like someone banging on the side of the house. We loved that the house has a door that can be closed between the kitchen and dining room. The room with the bunk beds, another room with a queen bed and the pull out couch are on that side of the house. Would be great for families with kids. Despite the minor inconveniences it really is a beautiful house and in a perfect location. We had so much fun and next time we need to book in Manson we’ll definitely consider booking here again.

The Wi-Fi and television did not work! It took 3 days to get it repaired. They said they would call back but never did. Very poor communication. Will never go through Vacasa again.

Pros: Location close to the water, private pool, relatively clean and beautiful view. Cons: 1. Did not have linens for the BROKEN pull out sofa. Had to call to have that brought out 2. WiFi did not work when arrived. When Vacasa was contacted on Friday, we were notified that someone would come out on Monday to resolve the issue. No one came. We were offered $75 at $25/day for the lack of WiFi even though we had no WiFi for our entire 5 day stay. 3. One of the blinds is broken in the MIL space. 4. Not enough garbage bags for our stay, we had to go out and purchase more.

The house is in a convenient location right near downtown Manson. The pool is not heated and was only usable after 2 pm on our one 90 degree day. The Wi-Fi wasn't working which would have been fine if we could have planned for it but we were not told about the issue until we found it not working and reached out. We had kids with us who needed some TV down time, adults that needed to work and an infant with a baby monitor that only runs off Wi-Fi. We finally got the old school DVD player working so we ran down to Redbox to rent a couple movies. The gas fireplace in the back was broken. I sent Vacasa an image so hopefully they fix it. The blinds in the master are broken and the linens need serious upgrading. (Or bring extra pillows and blankets!) here's what worked well for us.... the location for fireworks from Manson, the A/C, the bbq, plenty of towels, and the house layout was perfect with a kids section and separate fridge.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. The swimming pool is heated, the lake view is beautiful, there was a fire pit for smores. It was clean and spacious. Most definitely would stay here and recommend .
