About this condo rental
Nestled in Avon, this attractive condo for $333 per night is a great choice for your next break. Nothing but the best in this luxury home. Kitchen and baths redone in top-of-the-line finishes. High-end furnishings and bedding, fully-stocked and enlarged kitchen allows you to prepare family meals, or walk to the many great restaurants in Avon. This condo is large - 1920 square feet (2nd floor-NO elevator) with two floors and is located at the base of Beaver Creek Ski Resort in the charming town of Avon. A walk-out balcony provides breathtaking views of Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Ski Mountains, and a gas grill allows you to cook while you take in the view. The Condominium is perfect for one or multiple families and large groups. The bedrooms feature a king bedroom downstairs and two queen/queen bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have private baths. The bedding is luxurious and cozy. The onsite management company provides check-in, linens, firewood, maid service and on-call maintenance. The condo community has a heated swimming pool, three hot tubs, a sauna, and tennis courts. The free private shuttle bus service takes you directly to Beaver Creek Riverfront Gondola and Vail Lionshead to make your ski trip easier and more convenient. The community is one of the few adjacent to the beautiful Nottingham Lake and Park with its jogging/walking/biking trail which provide outdoor activities winter and summer. The Condo is within walking distance to absolutely everything in Avon. The city of Avon boasts many restaurants and bars, shopping, groceries, spas and beauty salons. The indoor Rec Center is steps away, offering workout facilities, group exercise classes, a lap pool, and a heated water park. The full-service library is right next door. Avon provides free bus service throughout the town and a bus stop is located right outside the property. The town of Vail and its ski area are an easy ten minute drive, or use the free shuttle on the property! We're obviously excited about the Condo, the community and the town. The condo was very clean, had a private shuttle to the slopes, a great hall to stow your gear, and had the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. We had a large family group and everyone enjoyed it. We might make it a yearly event to stay and ski!

The apartment was exactly as described: super comfortable, cozy, clean and well located, ideal for a ski vacation as it’s minutes away from Beaver Creek and Vail. It’s also close to supermarkets, rental places and restaurants. The place has everything you might need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washer and dryer and an area to store ski equipment. The beds are really comfortable, carpet is in excellent condition, and it’s nicely furnished. You can tell the owners do their best to keep their house in top condition. Check in was a breeze, and the office was available for any questions we might have about the area or the apartment itself. Also, there’s a free shuttle to BC and Vail, which was very convenient. Coming back to the condo after a long day was a pleasure. We’d love to be back next time.

Our Christmas ski vacation with two families was enhanced with our stay at Paula's condo. The unit was spacious and very well supplied. The beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed the ensuite bathrooms. We especially appreciated the local shuttles which took us to Vail and Beaver Creek. Our teenagers can attest to the quality of the internet connection. I would highly recommend this property for any large group considering a vacation to Vail/Beaver Creek.

The property is clean and well equipped. The grill appears to be relatively new and worked great. The decor is darker than it appears in pictures but was fine for our purposes. The location is close to shuttle bus service to Avon and Beaver Creek resorts and they run on a regular basis. The only issue was the amount of stairs to get to the door. It is a second floor walkup so if you have knee or back issues, it can be a problem. Otherwise it was great.

This unit was exceptional! Very clean and very large! Perfect for our group of 4, but would accommodate much more than that. Very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The beds were fantastic! The area surrounding the complex was beautiful. A huge park and lake within walking distance, along with shopping and some great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!

Well appointed and large Avon condo in a perfect location. Large open dining, living, kitchen area with very comfortable furnishings. All three bedrooms are large with king and queen beds to accommodate at least 10. Each bedroom had a large private bathroom. Terrific location by the Avon lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time being able to relax in our own space, use the great pool, nearby park, and get to the Vail Dance Festival easily. This was a great accommodation for families with kids as young as 4. I would absolutely recommend!

Our first time in the area. Two adult couples and a family of four. (Adult siblings’ families.) Perfect amount of private space and shared space for that group. Could have worked with 2 families of 3 or 4 easily instead of just one.

We had a fantastic time staying in this gem of a property. The house is extremely well appointed, and the property management is top notch. Starting with the very warm and welcoming check-in process, we were never in any doubt that should any need arise, we would get all the help needed. Propane tank empty at the grill? 5 mins, new tank ready. Fire starter missing, 5 mins and you have enough for the whole trip. The kitchen had everything you could need too - and grocery stores are very close by. And the bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable. I honestly think this is my best VRBO experience so far. Thank you so much Paula and the property management team for making our stay such a memorable one.

Beautifully updated condo, very spacious and well thought out. When we were not hiking or biking, we enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing tennis in the complex. Highly recommend!
