Situated in North Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $206 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Luxury one-bedroom penthouse unit located in highly rated Beach Cove Resort. This unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom and refreshed in February 2023.As part of the renovation, all carpet was removed and ceramic wood-look tile was laid throughout. Access is provided via a keyless entry pad with a door code that is unique to each renter. No need to stop at the front desk or wait with others to check in. Head directly to the unit upon arrival. The kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances including an induction cooktop, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and an over the cooktop sensor microwave. It is fully stocked with small appliances such as a blender, countertop oven, and slow cooker. The unit has all the cooking utensils and accessories you could ever need to make the perfect meal, as well as complete service for eight. The cabinetry is brand new and features ample storage space and soft close hinges. The counter tops are a stylish, modern granite. In the family room, all furniture is new - including the sleeper sofa, swivel chairs, side tables, and a versatile coffee table that transforms into a dining table. It is equipped with a wall-mounted 40-inch HD Smart TV, with available Netflix. There is a remote-control ceiling fan and plenty of lighting. It also features USB charging outlets to ensure all your devices stay fully charged. The bedroom features two brand new queen-size 14-inch memory foam pillow top mattresses and all new luxury linens. It too has a 40-inch wall-mounted, HD Smart TV that can stream Netflix. The bedroom also offers two spacious closets and a dresser for maximum storage. We have also provided a clock with USB charging capability as well as USB charging outlets. In addition, the bedroom has its own remote-control operated ceiling fan for maximum comfort. The bathroom has a new gentleman's height vanity featuring granite countertops. The tub/shower combo is new with upgraded subway tile with glass tile accents, along with an adjustable, handheld shower head. The unit features a great deal of hanging hooks to accommodate wet swimsuits and towels. The balcony boasts two Adirondack rocking chairs to allow relaxed enjoyment of the breathtaking ocean front views. The balcony also features four additional chairs and a table, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Please note that our condo is managed privately. This allows us to provide you with an updated condo and a higher level of service and cleanliness. Our guests have full access to all of the outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, shuffleboard courts, as well as the poolside Tiki Bar with full food menu. Excellent updated room. The only thing to note which is not a negative toward the property owner, is they are replacing some of the elevators so sometimes there is a short wait. But again this did not negatively impact our trip at all.

What a great penthouse this is! Great views with all the amenities that you need. Kitchen is well stocked with all that you need. Nice updated bathroom too. Beds are comfortable as well. Highly recommend! Property Managers of this unit are wonderful! This was the break we needed from the sad occasion we attended during the weekend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is such a beautiful condo! Everything was updated and clean— love the beach theme. Kitchen is really nice and living area is comfy! Bathroom was very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony and just relaxing with the rain. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful! The beach is always magnificent and with the tropical storm coming the clouds were gorgeous. The pictures got us to book it, but when we saw it in person, we were doubly blessed!! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

This review is based on personal observation and actual use of the property. There were a couple of very minor issues which were addressed by the owner. Clean except the ceiling fan blades and bathroom vent have not been attended to by the cleaning crew. The shower handle was loose and the patio door latch was a challenge to engage. Overall a great place to stay for a few days. Revamped older resort, but comfortable. Would stay there again and do recommend to others.

Amazing condo with stunning views. Equipped with everything you need for your stay. Bed mattresses are hard so if you prefer a softer mattress bring a pillowtop cover. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again.

We just returned from our second visit in this property and we miss it already. This is the kind of place that you can just show up and enjoy as the owners have thought of everything. Comfy beds, boogies boards, chairs, cooler, dishes, good toilet paper (ha!), etc. This property is so clean, quiet, and in the best location. We couldn't have asked for anything better for our family of 4. We can't wait to return!

Took the grandkids to Myrtle Beach for a few days. The accommodations were great. The unit is totally upgraded, very nice and very very clean. We been to Myrtle Beach several times and this was by far the best. Everything you need is there for you. The view from the top floor is beautiful. Also many pools to use and a short walk to ocean The location is perfect and with easy to access to the main road.

Great condo, however, the security at the complex allowed groups of motorcyclists to gather in the garage and play their music at painfully high levels. You could actually hear it on the 16th floor. Had we not been leaving in a day, we probably would have checked out early.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect spot for My husband, our 2 year old and I. Had everything we could possibly need and the perfect size. The resort itself is slightly outdated in spots but pretty well kept. Our only complaint of the whole trip at all would be it smelled like we were living next to Cheech and Chong but that is no fault of the property owners. Our condo itself smelled and felt super clean. Would absolutely recommend.

This property was just as described. The owners were great about communicating what to expect upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked and the decor was tasteful. The remote did not work at first, but we found batteries that the owners had available for us. We did have a dog that barked on one side of us and loud teenagers or young adults on the other side but they both quieted down at bedtime. Parking was very easy and convenient and the location was close to our venue as well as some of our favorite shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We liked the place minus the inability to use the gym, pools and particularly the hot tub. Requiring us to wash dishes but only providing one dish towel is quite problematic. Otherwise, the place was as expected and as advertised.

Over all we had a great time and would stay there again. The room was great! Very clean and updated, comfy beds and sheets, well equipped kitchen, great view! The resort needs some love though. BRING FOOD and BEACH TOWELS! The description of the hotel/resort includes 4 or 5 restaurants. There is only one and it is for hotel guests only! We ate there anyways and the quality of the food was not good at all. I'm glad we brought a bunch of food to eat in the room. Also the pools and surrounding areas are very dated and in need of some basic maintenance and cleaning. Don't count on the lazy river, it's nice and long but there are only about 5 tubes for all of the guests. No towels are provided so make sure you bring your own for the pool and beach.
