Disaster, will never go again

Just location

It was very dirty and old. We had 3 out of 6 chairs broken, broken shower door, broken one toilet and everything else was ready to fall apart. We spend the entire first day cleaning ourselves as we were with a child. Also not sufficient glasses and other equipment and utensils. Both plastic until we complained and the second day they gave us one new box of glasses. Also dryer wrack was rusty and partially broken.

It was a very bad experience. I will never recommend this facility to anyone.

There was nothing to like about this place. I think it was overated previously. There is just no service, period

Better instructions about where to find the key. Communication from the facility manager.

We will never go back to this apartment, but the complex was great, location and wheather was good

The size of the apartment was good, I liked that there was a guest toilet in addition to bathroom.

Wifi was poor and we lost wifi several times. When we complained about this, the IT guy would just show up any time suitable for him without making an appointment with us. This led to us leaving the apartment to eat, and then the IT guy turned up while we were out, and then he could not fix the problem. So we had to contact landlord again. This happened three times, actually, and was really frustrating. In the kitchen, the washing mashine was jumping a lot and was extremely noisy We found a cockroach in the kitchen. All of the boliers were full of scratches and were unusable. There was no proper knife to cut with, and when i complained about this, someone had been at the apartment and left some knifes at the door, but these knifes were butterknifes. Also there were no scissors. There were ants all over the apartment, also inside the wardrobe in the bedroom. I asked the landlord what to do with this, and she answered that they had done what they could and this was not their responsability. I bouhgt a bug spray that killed the bugs, so i asked for a hoover to get rid of the mess. This, said the landlord, was not possible to provide. Under the beds, it was very dirty! There was no equipment for cleaning the apartment I wrote, when I ordered, that we would need cleaning once a week. As I paid quite a lot for the stay, I thougt this was included, since I had written what we needed. As it turned out, this was not included and also very expensive extra. The first two days, we did'nt have the card to get into the pool area, and that was really annoying! They provided us with this card on the third day. This card was also for use at the parking bom, so we were unable to get in to the apartment with car. We were in the apartment for 4 weeks and we paid 3200 Euros, I think it was way to much for this apartment, and I would reccomend to check for other apartments before choosing this one.

Great property for nice price :)

The apartment was in newly build neighborhood with parking place by the apartment. We had really nice stay, there is green backyard with chairs and table where to sit and chill. Rooms were nice and clean, we had air conditioners in every room and big swimming nearby.

It should have been made clear that the card for the traffic barrier was inside the accommodation

Stay away or you would regret

Demitris who works for the management company of this property is the only positive thing we could think of. Quick responses and tried to find solution. Unfortunately, issues cannot be fixed unless owner of the property is willing to invest and fix.

Where to begin... 1. Water pressure from the shower was extremely low. Couldn’t have a proper shower. On Sunday, it got worse. Almost no water ran from basin tap in the bathroom. 2. Very old A/C x 3. They were very noisy and unbearable. We couldn’t sleep at night without waking up every hour. 3. Wifi had poor or no signal most of the time. Inside the property, there was also no signal from our mobile network. 4. The lighting in the entire apartment are white. Similar to the fluorescent lights in the hospital. 5. Overall, reality of this property looks worse than the photos In our opinions, this property should not be listed to let because the owner is unable to provide basic for the guests such as shower, A/C, Wifi etc. It also has a minimum 4 nights non-refundable booking requirement/policy. When we reported the above, clearly none of these issues could be fixed quickly. So we were stuck there for 4 nights and this property is not particular cheap within the same area. Think twice before making your decision!

Exceptional

Spacious rooms, nice location and complex. Mr Demetris was very helpful and welcoming!

The fact that we had to pay extra for the gym facility although it does not specify this upon reservation.
