Place is great, good value for money, excellent location very close to restaurants and bars. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Facilities are great private entrances. Host is easy to deal with and friendly, highly recommend

Jack owns many condos in this building and is very active in keeping it a great place to stay. The room I had for two weeks was on the seventh floor with a great view of the sea and the Island of Ko Larn. The big room included a full kitchen, Internet access, TV with Netflix, air-con and ceiling fan. The building has a good pool with free sun loungers around it and a large outdoor communal area with seats on the fifth floor. The staff keep the building very clean. A short walk down Phratamnak Hill Soi 5 there are many bars and restaurants and a good beach at the end of the Soi. Jack was helpful and I enjoyed my two week stay

The location was perfect!
And the host very kind olderly french man who try to help with whatever you need :)
The location was 4min walk from a soi5 in Pratumnak where they have several resturants and some small bars.
Got the feeling of Karon beach in Phuket from that soi, not so busy as Central Pattaya.
There wasn't so much that I didn't liked but if it's something it was that sometimes it was hard to get a bolt down to Central Pattaya if you wanted to, many drivers cancelled.

The apartment is ideally located at the top of a beautiful street filled with bars and restaurants, at the bottom you have Jomtien beach, all within a walk.
The staff are polite and really helpful, it was a pleasure to stay here and would highly recommend it,
Apartment was spacious, nice balcony, nice big TV, big comfortable bed, really can't say enough good things.
O and the pool
I stayed for exactly a month and found it to be one of the best places I've stayed in Thailand.

Location. Soi 5 is alive! Lots of new restaurants, bars, amenities. Jack the landlord is a local expat. He knows where to find things, and was a great help. Hit him up.
Condo was great size. 80+m2, full kitchen. Good neighbors.
Didn't use the pool, lots of cats.

Big Tv . i had Sea view and lots of enjoyment at the balcony ✌️ outaide have Divide the Pizza man (best pizza ever ! After the pizza my hometown Leeuwarden 😉 Pompei restaurant)
the shower had a bit of low pressure . Not really a problem 😇

-room clean with the exception of a few spots
-bed super comfortable and soft
- nice balcony with screen and drying racks
- perfectly furnished: fridge, microwave, AC, electric kettle, pots, pans and dishes all available. (no soaps or detergents though).
- owner super available and quick to respond: we asked for some soap and more towels and he promptly gave us some.
-location not in the center but quiet and easily accessible. very close to jomtien beach ( 7 min walk). cheaper prices around than pattaya center.
-great cheap western bakery nearby ( 20 baht croissants)
-nice and new motorcycle available for rent (150cc or 125cc). we had bigger model and it was super nice. also owner gave us discount on the total rent price and provided helmets for us when we asked.
-nice and clean pool open until 10pm
- totally recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly beach stay.
- soaps and detergents were missing and it can be annoying to buy items you won’t finish by the end of your stay (but all you have to do is ask, the owner will provide)
- kitchen sink was clogged
-there’s a 300 baht electricity fee that through booking.com I did not see. Booking.com wasn’t very clear that it wasn’t included in the fee

Jack is truly a fantastic host! Replies fast to any request, assisted with immigration and bank. Highly recommend for no frills stay in Pratamnak area!

I did my own breakfast,The place is a little of but its ok you can walk to the beach,they have motorbike to rent,the owner is very nice,they will help you whid everything.
I did not like the barking dogs in the morning,,,,,,,,but this is Thailand
