I was given different accommodations further away front the beach that I could not reach due to my d

It was a great location, unfortunately I was not allowed to stay here due to leaking pipe issue so I was told.

Being move from within 100 yard from the ocean to about a mile away from the beach that I was unable to reach. That was the whole point if my stay.

We loved sitting outside drinking our coffee in the morning watching the waves.

Pool definitely needs a update.

The condo was very dated, never saw any staff, not enough parking. The bathtub faucet dripped. All the mirrors were a bit creepy

Within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, bars, and grocery store in Coligny Beach. Close drive to 2 outlet malls. Gas stations and more. Ocean fun right outside the door with chair rentals

Needs an update. Very "coastal grandma" felt like I was visiting. Mirrored walls in bedroom and living area. Very small for 2 people. Bedroom/closet had an old cedar smell. Bed is uncomfortable, old step in tub. Kitchen area super tiny. 3rd floor stairs 70 steps

The location is good. IF YOU WANT TO BE IN HECTIC CENTER OF COLIGNEY BEACH

Awful communication on how to locate your room. Horrible facility lay out. Dirty room. Live bugs. Stained and nasty furniture in room. Unclean floors. Awful smell on hallways. Dated is understatement....outside has been updated but our condo was Horrible.

great location, room is not comfortable for more then 2 adults

proximity to beach

room needed some updates. in the bathroom the toilet seat had chips, which is a cheap and easy fix. mirror needs to be replace. outlets (extension cords)in kitchen were janky and I’m sure not up to code. and mattresses on bed and pull out were very uncomfortable. the air conditioner on the balcony pretty much eliminates that as a relaxing place to sit.

Location is fabulous

Better instructions for gaining access to the property. Had no idea which gate to use, and the code provided did not work. Had no idea there is an elevator and a dedicated parking space for loading.

Beautiful location. Would stay in that area again.

Loved beachfront location & ease of walking to restaurants & shops.

The bedroom was extremely small - even for two people. No room in unit to put all the throw pillows. Other than nice flooring the unit was very outdated. Area rug in bedroom was not clean. Should let people know there is no hair dryer & there is an elevator.

The property had a great view, clean and roomy.

There was only one blanket in the condo and that was the comforter for the bed.

Wonderful once we got through the checkin nightmare.

We loved the easy access to the beautiful beach and Colegy plaza.

We were not readily told how to get our keys or that we would need to backtrack 5 miles to pick them up. One of the many emails had a statement that the owners would let us know how to checkin but never did. Another email had a small link to an attachment with a number to call to find ourt how to get the keys but this was not an obvious link. Could have been handled much better.
