Nous le recommandons à tous!

Retiré du centre de Grand Case donc assez tranquille. L’accès à la plage est génial.

Le bruit de la route principale et il devrait y avoir un parasol car il n’y a pas d’ombre sur la plage

Loin du centre Parties Communes non nettoyées Climatisation défectueuse au début puis qui coule Loin du centre avec chemin à pied sur la RN dangereuse

Prachtige locatie en zeer vriendelijke beheerder.

Prachtige lokatie direct aan het strand. Heel compleet ingericht inclusief strandstoelen, badhanddoeken, wasmachine, nespresso apparaat. Fijn bed en kussens. Hele aardige beheerder. Via een tip van de accommodatie autoverhuur van Nono geregeld en ook dat was perfect incl taxiservice vanaf vliegveld.

Het waait nauwelijks op het inpandige terras. Een ventilator zou fijn zijn.

Overall great for the money.

Location!

Could use a fan on the balcony. Beach chairs instead of heavy loungers would be better. There was a little encounter with the mouse.

Being here was a dream!

I can’t rave enough about the location! From my second-floor studio, it worked like I could reach out and touch the ocean. It was simply amazing! The beach was literally outside the door of the ground floor. Parking is also available. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the spot. Just down the beach are several eateries of all types. There is a pharmacy and multiple grocery stores within walking distance as well as an ATM.

I really can’t say that there’s anything I didn’t like about the property. Being so close to the ocean, there’s going to be some minor wear.

Excellent location and provided all basic necessities. Spectacular beach view and beach access. Walking distance to small market and unlimited selection of restaurants. Off street parking.

The worst host and experience we’ve ever had after many years of travel. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Nice view of beach

No water for 11 hours straight on first day of arrival. Owner told me it happens often but I’m the only guest to ever complain about it and could not understand why I was so unhappy about it and I should just accept it because it is normal - neighboring unit told me they had no water the day before, so for them it was 2 days in a row. He told me I was being unreasonable for not accepting it. Very dirty - lots of mold in shower tiles and grout, our feet were black after 5 minutes of arrival etc. Toaster did not work. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Several other issues as well but you get the drift. Property manager - very poor communication. I still have not received a response from after 2 messages and we are now 6 days later. Refused to refund me money although promised he would “as a courtesy” Threatened me that he would add another charge on my credit card if I wrote a bad review. That’s probably why he has only 2 bad reviews.

Perfect stay on St.Maarten!

The studio is excellent! Beautiful location right on the private beach, fully equipped with everything needed, clean and perfect for 2 people. Wifi worked well. Lots of great restaurants abd small grocery within walking distance. Bruno and Barbara were great with communication, even offered to use the shower at another rental when the whole town was out of the water for 24 hrs, which we learned happens on St.Maarten.

Great place we will go back for sure

Location is fantastic, the beach in front of the appartment and lots of good restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes walk and it is really quiet at night.

Exceptional

Exceptional location right by the beautiful, turquoise ocean and only about 5 minutes' walk to more lively area with beach clubs, restaurants, shops etc. There is a bakery and supermarket nearby, as well as ATM. Wifi worked well which was important to me as I was combining a few weeks of work and holidays. The hosts Bruno and Barbara are super responsive, very kind and supportive. I could not recommend this place more, absolutely loved it and hope to return soon!

I loved the view. There were some issues but overall was ok.

The sound of the ocean was magnificent. Fully equipped Kitchen. Bruno responded to our issues in a timely manner, Room is comfortable in size. Felt secured in the location. If balcony will have been screened in and have a ceiling fan it would have been better to really enjoy the view and the ocean sound when sitting outside. Thanks Bruno and Barbara.

Lots of mosquitos, mattress was uncomfortable, no fan in patio. lack of toiletries and linens, and no English channels on TV. The little bad odor was bearable after I purchased some scented candles and flushing toilet consistently.

Great time overall. Our friends stayed right next door and it was ideal.

A short walk to the Rainbow down the beach for breakfast was excellent. Food was so good and the fresh squeezed orange juice was the best in Grand Case. We also went back on Tuesday night for dinner and they had a young girl singing light jazz songs and we wished we could have stayed longer. Please make reservations for everyplace you go and especially for beach chairs if you go at different beaches. Call ahead.

The ice trays could have been better and they need to be replaced. They had cracks in the trays and water seemed to leak out into the freezer causing it to ice up. When you leave the studio make sure you close the window so it doesn't rain in. Pop up showers happen all the time.

The best accomodation in Grand Case

Bruno and Carol were very friendly and helpful hosts, could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. All information about everything possible was at our fingertips. Also, the kayak trip to Pinel was a nice bonus.

The place was amazing for a couple and we really enjoyed the stay. The best part is the host Bruno!

The location was a little hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the island. Perfect beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Perfect location - on the beach, minutes from Grand Case restaurants, Happy Bay and Orient Beaches

The host was very friendly and always available to answer questions. Free use of a kayak to paddle to Pinel Island was a bonus that saved us time and money.

Superb

What a beautiful studio next to the sea. The view over the grande case beach is beautiful. Bruno was an excellent host. The facilities were super good. apartment is equipped with everything. The ability to use the canoe to sail to Pinel Island was fantastic. If you are looking for peace, then this is a must! Thanks Bruno for everything!

Perfect week away - lovely apartment!

Great location, directly on the beach. Gorgeous views. Also walking distance to restaurants. Bruno was a great host, always there to help if needed.

Sometimes parking was an issue but there is a Post office only 100 meters away where you can park.

We definitely would go again to this very same location.

+ sitting at breakfast table with amazing view + hearing the breaking of the waves all night + direct access to the beach + providing of comfortable lying chairs and extra towels for the beach + super host, very kind contact with helpful information + comfortable bed + parking in front of the house always available + some of the best restaurants of the island in walking distance - even by the beach

- stayed during corona and 3 years after Irma. Inspite of this we spent the best vacation we could have at Bruno's flat. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.
