Overall was a nice place to stay and enjoy the pools and food. Also the location was good.

Cesar was a good place to stay with my family. Clean safe and good service.

Our apartments view weren't great and electrics went off afew times!

Amazing stuff and facilities. Visited the waterpark and had a great time.

Not a big issue but when you get there it is a bit confusing, big area and had a bit of a hard time even finding reception. But aside that the staff, facilities and stay was amazing. Would surely go again

We had a very good experience. The facilities are amazing, the room is comfortable, the restaurants offered delicious food and drinks, and we also enjoyed the live music at Caleo! And Abdullah Al Noman was always available to help us digitally, book appointments, and share info instanlty! Definitely going back!

I am super happy to find this location. I will definitely come again.

I find the way how to collect the key from reception at the entrance from people review. Should be specify on the booking confirmation where the reception is located.

The deposit amount I didn’t see where was specify on the booking. So I found that I should pay a deposit on cash!!!! Only when I’ve done the check in. The cutting grass should be done when people are not around the pool. It was noisy at 11 am to sit and relax by the pool and listen the cutting grass. Some of insect must get in the air as result. Was the pool from the spa building. The concept of the resort excellent!!! I really love the idea of breakfast vouchers, and free drinks! The pool party was super! My child was happy and for sure we will visit again!

Nightmare Resort

Not value for money, AC broke twice in 48 hours in 33 degrees, electricity went of at night and have to go down from 11th floor in the dark completely pitch black with family in the most ignored health and safety issues building zero percentage care for well-being of the customers, cut corners in property lack of service poor staff struggling to deal with management lack of support to customers. Worth nightmare to book this accommodation my advice stay away and wait to see BBC report about this scam soon . Shame for bilion pounds invested

Poor quality of service and property condition over all they invested in country with no rules and regulations so you don't have any rights to complain and when you do they blame the government for everything even its private investment horrible experience feels bad to put my family through this nonsense

Short stay with kids, have a car, the resort is finished. You would have a lovely time.

The pools at the resort was good with a great variety. We got a support number if we had questions and the person that answered by the name of Abdullah Al Noman was at great help for us. He helped us arrange transport. Provided great assistance with our needs and just a very pleasant person in general. The response we got was so fast and good that it felt he was with us as a personal assistant throughout our stay, 5/5 stars for him! They have a decent choice of restaurants at the site. We tried all 4 of them and the food left much to desire unfortunately. But the staff was very friendly. They have a really good offering for kids, both in terms of pool areas with waterslides and a huge play area. The resort also provided transfer services in form of shuttle bus that drove to multiple destinations around the area, the time table could be better but it was good non the less. The store had a great variety of food and items at decent prices. Great water service delivery, they change a 30 litre bottle(or 25litre) for 30 Lira at the time of writing with clean drinking water with door delivery included, but you have to ask for the number at the reception.

I believe this list I'm about to write could easily be avoided if the resort properly explained the issues beforehand. With that said I still will tell about the issues my group had. The resort itself is far from being finished. A couple of examples would be unfinished roads, pool areas without water, ramps for wheelchair and strollers that are way to narrow, cramped stores with limited access, the terrible smell around the whole resort and some of the rooms that makes you want to hurl, it is not friendly for disabled people due to the limited access and lack of proper showers if you are in a wheelchair(which we had). If you plan to stay here for the ocean look elsewhere because they don't have a proper road to the sea. The whole area around the resort is very difficult to navigate without proper transport, so if you think you can get around by foot you can forget it. Car rental prices by the time of this review was 35 Euro per day for the cheapest option. The gym was unfinished by the time of our arrival but 2 weeks in it was working but lacked allot of equipment and the climbing wall was unfinished during our stay, the spa was unfinished. The beds in the room where really uncomfortable and hard (got some backpain from them every morning), could be my weight(95kilos) because my wife and child did not complain.

Good Place to stay

Good pools for kids, close to lots of sightseeing locations. Crew is also nice and helping. House and households are in very good condition.

Too much ongoing constructions around it is not a good sight to see. Restrooms scattered around pools are not very clean. There is only one market close, and it is hyper crowded with high prices...

Everything was as expected. We had an issue with the Internet connection one time and with water supply another time. Both issues were resolved very quickly, thanks to Abdullah-Al-Noman who supported ys from the resort side

We had a wonderful stay with my family. we’ve booked 2 apts, they were beautiful and very clean. There were everything that we needed. The stuff is very helpful, especially Daniel and Abdullah-Al-Noman which were guiding us online all the time.

apartments at the big Russian complex

a new apartment building. all the works a well done. technically new and everything works just perfect. the residential area provides a selection of few good restaurants and services.

all services at spa and resort are payed separately. problems with a provided info for guests about where to get the keys etc. and the road to the sea is quite long and not comfortable either

Not the room I booked

The location was okay

I didn't got the room I booked, I booked a 54m apartment, instead I got one room about 30m max, all cluttered in one single room, very misleading. After writing my review I have been approached by stuff members in Whatapp and asked if I can change my review for a 50 EUR refund. They said I need to edit it or delete it first and then they will give the refund. I asked them if they can confirm that I didn't get the room I actually booked, they didn't say anything. Also the place is a massive construction site, so you will have some views, but most of the views are either on the construction itself or on refurbishment of existing facilities.

The right choice for a pleasant Cyprus holiday

We stayed at Ceaser Resort for 5 days. The apartments were very convenient and comfortable. There was a washing machine, microwave, oven, hair dryer, iron, toaster, kettle, air conditioning in each room. It had a very large and spacious balcony. We were very comfortable with the children. Children loved the playground of the hotel. It had so many pools, we went to all the pools at different times. We also went to the public beach near the hotel. The grassy area of the beach was very enjoyable for the children. We were so lucky to stay here on our first holiday in Cyprus. Abdullah Al Noman took care of us, he was solution oriented and kind. He contacted us before checking in to the hotel, asked our needs, and supported us during our stay. Depending on the time of our flight, we wanted to check out late on the last day, they were very polite and helpful. Thank you for all support!

Everything was perfect! The resort is very beautiful, with a lot of greenery areas, restaurants, pools, kids playgrounds and many more. Breakfast at Cafe Paris was delicious! Reception and hosting were first class!

Overall, it was fine.

The resort is very big, with a few activities on site. Different pools, waterpark, restaurants/bars, huge playground. Although construction was on, it was relatively quiet. The apartment was bright and had everything you needed.

It was a bit difficult to figure out how to get the keys, although i contacted the property beforehand and they told me that keys are at the reception. Nobody said that the "reception" is the Ceasar Project office which is located before you enter the territory of the resort (blocks of apartments). It was a shame that we didn't manage to use the waterpark although we were told that the lifeguard should come at 9.30 but it was almost 10 a.m. (9:50 a.m.) and the lifeguard was not even rushing to get to the slides so that people can use them. The service in Caleo restaurant was not great, although they call themselves fine dining restaurant- sorry but the service, food presentation and plate presentation, the way things are dealt with- is far from fine dining. There was a mistake with our order and no one even apologized, just brought a new order and that's it.

Not a holiday resort, it’s a residential glorified Airbnb

the location was good and the apartment was lovely

as this is a residential complex it feels as if the holiday rental element is just to sell and showcase the site, the room was amazing however the apartments feel very much owned and personal to whoever owns them, it would be more applicable to list this resort on Airbnb rather than as a holiday resort, the residents didn’t seem to pleased at being subjected to tourists. the apartment next door were carrying out loud DIY until 9pm (we have a toddler so not good) the communal areas could do with more attention rather than throwing up dozens more high rise. I must say though in defence of Caesars the apartments are lovely and if I was single or just an adult couple the holiday rental is a clever marketing ploy and I would if I had the funds consider buying, for myself they would be a perfect home location to commute to work.
