Nestled in West Beach, this lovely condo for $311 per night is a great choice for your next trip. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SANDY SHORES WEST: *AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required. *COMPLEX AMENITIES: Covered Parking, Outdoor Covered Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI *PARKING: This complex offers (1) covered, assigned parking space under the building. Overflow parking is allowed in any unassigned space. Please refrain from parking in other assigned parking spaces. *PETS: This property IS pet friendly to DOGS ONLY! You are welcome to bring up to two dogs during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax per pet. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted. * SANDY SHORES WEST UNIT 101: May 2021--Completely Renovated w/ New Cabinets, Stainless Appliances, and Living Room Furniture!! Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this two bedroom/ two bath unit is located across the street from the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Sandy Shores West offers ceramic tile throughout, nice furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, and views of Little Lagoon. Deeded Beach access is NOT provided but Public Beach Access is located nearby, and is a short walking distance from the complex. The living room offers a sofa and recliner, and also a television. The kitchen offers new cabinetry with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a farmhouse sink. The kitchen is also stocked with utensils and cookware for your use. The living room and both bedrooms offer new sliding doors. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed with dresser and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with chest of drawers and ample closet space. An air mattress with stand is available for use in the living room (this unit does not offer a sleeper sofa). Tasteful decorations make this unit very relaxing! The complex offers covered parking specifically designated for each unit. A pool is also offered for your convenience, and is located under the building, to help keep you shaded from the sun. Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses. Sandy Shores West is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola.
