Budget but comfortable

This was remarkable for the very reasonable price. If you are lookig for fancy, this won't be it. However, with a double bed and two bunk beds, it could be a cheap place to stay!

There was a gap under the door, so a couple of mosquitoes snuck in. There was no hot water, which was fine for me, but might be a surprise for others.

Perfect location, very comfortable bed.

Everything. The staff were helpful, very accommodating when I decided to stay an extra night. Location was perfect, close to everything.

No wifi most of the time. Cockroaches, cold shower, TV bill wasn't paid so we couldn't watch TV either

Great budget hotel in a great location

Three location was excellent and the staff was super sweet. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much.

The room got a bit hot sometimes

Kind hosts and close to stores and restaurants

The hosts were kind and always smiling, the check-in including the payment went really smooth. The room was quite old, but it was clean, the bed was comfy and there were all facilities we needed. And it was really amazing to stay in the accommodation that is typical for the Dominican Republic. It is close to the Mya store, a great local comedor and the beach is approx. 15 minutes by walk. Be aware that during the weekend, locals like music and everywhere in the streets is loud music until midnight. For us, this was a great experience. 🙂

Disappointing

For $ 40 a night you get a completely shabby hotel room.The interior is about 40 years old and never a dollar has been invested in it. It may work for one night, but you have to decide if you can get a villa apartment for $ 10 more.

The Cabaña is the perfect choice for a simple and cheap accomodation with perfect location.

The Cabaña is located in the city center of Bayahibe just 2 minutes walk from the beach and the main restaurants.

Dirty, insects, overrated place

The accommodation doesn’t appear as in the announcement. The good references are perhaps fake ones, the evaluation on booking is totally overrated. There is no reception at this place, no clear indication of the entrance that it’s 24/7 open to everyone with no control, generating potential safety risks in the area from strangers. What about the room? The bed sheets were totally dirty, not changed from previous guest probably. There were insects and hair between sheets and pillows. If you’re coming to this place despite it you’ve been warned about. Good luck

great location, with comfy bed and hot water.

it’s centrally located. has comfy bed and hot water. it’s a great value for the money, owners are nice and responsive.

although it was cleaned it is still dirty looking probably from age. the bathroom has no storage. bags to put toilet paper and trash in are not in room. internet is sketchy. kitchen is not really equipped for much cooking (lack of pans, plates, cups, utensils). buy your own hand soap, dish soap, paper towels or kitchen towels locally. the outdoor space is great, but it’s shared with all units

Nice Cute Stay!

Location was great! Love how they painted it pink. :) wifi was good even in room! Staff nice. Little porch to sit in.

Loud. Walls are super thin so you hear everything. Loud. People talking loudly till after 1:30 am in the courtyard. Would not stay again because of how loud it is from other guests in the morning and night.

Worst place I've ever been. And I already slept on a piece of wood in the Philippines. This place is dirty as hell, you are afraid of getting parasites in the bed, the shower is full of fungus, Cucharrachas are crawling around. In addition the room was not made when we arrived. The "stuff" is loud as early as 6 in the morning, and you hear the cars as if they are next to you. When we arrived she added taxes to the price which was also unfair. Its very hot, and the mosquitos come in everywhere. Don't go to the place
