La chambre était très spacieuse ! Le lit était incroyablement confortable ainsi que les coussins. Le petit déjeuner était bon ( un peu plus de quantité serait extra) Les hôtes étaient top et nous ont donné de bons conseils

L’accès difficile lorsqu’on sort sur l’avenue voiture. Aussi, mieux vaut être véhiculé pour profiter de cet hôtel

Perfect!

The hotel was really modern and well decorated, everything was clean and well maintained. It was in a really good location within a gated community, Costa Rica beach is just a 6 minute drive away, the cable cars to Isabel de torres are 15 minutes drive away, and 10 minutes to the fort. There are plenty of places to eat close by (I highly recommend Como en Famillia for authentic Dominican food but it’s only open until 3) and jumbo is a 2 minute drive away but easily within walking distance. Our hosts were fantastic and super friendly, all the staff and owners of the hotel went above and beyond, and really made our stay relaxing, and as if we had known them for years. The breakfast is amazing and more than you could want, there is fresh fruit, cake and a good variety of choice for your main selection (Dominican breakfast, omelette, etc) The hotel is in a quiet location so gives you plenty of opportunity to relax and unwind. I would not hesitate to come and stay here again, it was just perfect!

Definitely would book again!

We stayed for two nights to check out on Puerto Plata. Staff was very nice and even send us all the stuff around like sightseeing spots, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was very good as well as the room (Junior Suite). The city is reachable within 5 minutes by car. Restaurants and supermarket can be reached by foot in only 5 min. PERFECT!

The roads between main road and property is more or less not existing. Be patient during nighttime, you could damage your car.

A cozy oasis brimming with first class hospitality in the heart of Puerto Plata.

My stay at Gaia Residence was absolutely perfect. The small boutique atmosphere is relaxing and well appointed. My room was spotless with a small balcony overlooking the pool. Fast reliable wifi, smart TV with a good variety of channels. The breakfast was deliciously made to order and accompanied with fresh coffee and juice. But the real charm of this place it the hospitality and warmth that comes through from Marina and Tony. I would definitely recommend and stay again when I am in Puerto Plata.

L'échange que nous avons partagé avec Marina et Tony. La qualité de l'appartement, tout est bien pensé pour que les clients passent un bon séjour. La propriété de l'appartement. Ils sont très pointilleux, aucune remarque négative à faire. La gentillesse et réactivité de Marina, Tony et le personnel. Le petit déjeuner de qualité. Marina vous envoie en permanence les bonnes adresses pour votre séjour. Aucun problème si vous ne parlez pas l'espagnol, vous pouvez échanger avec eux en anglais, italien et même en français.

I would recommend to all. This little hidden gem of the beaten path.

The location was excellent. It was in walking distance of several good restaurants. Although I did not partake in the breakfast I must say it looked quite tasty. The decor, cleanliness and friendliness of the owners made this a most pleasant experience and I will return in the future.

Clean spacious hotel with a wonderful host

Would recommend staying here. it’s very clean, the room is spacious and Marina is very nice and helpful. She will make sure you’ll have every information you need. The breakfast is nice as well. Restaurants, supermarket and the beach is close by.

If I had to say something, I would say the location is not in the city centre. You can easily take a taxi to the city centre.

Very nice and clean residence, located in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious apartment equipped with a large, comfortable bed. Staff was really friendly and helpful (they helped us organize a trip to Cayo Arena and provided us with many other tips).

The owners were amazing! They upgraded our room for free, gave good information about everything we needed to know about the hotel and the city and they helped us order our dinner to the hotel and also book a daytrip to the 27 waterfalls in Puerto Plata. The hotel was super clean (our room was cleaned everyday), the breakfast was nice and the pool area was good. This is a very small hotel, but we loved it!
