Great place, very clean

Its a Beautiful room, and very clean, Great comfortable bed and kitchenette. Bathroom was perfect with a great high volume shower.

The location is a bit away from it all, there is a supermarket close by buth the restaurants and bars are a longer way.

Jules was an excellent host. The room was lovely and he recommended the most amazing restaurant

You could hear the planes but it was perfect for our needs.

I enjoyed my stay at Diamond Gem Residence and would stay there again.

The location was within walking distance to a major supermarket, restaurants (including fast food options) and shopping venues. Jules was easily contacted and responded quickly. He was extremely accomodating, personable and friendly.

Hospitality and support from Jules was outstanding. He made us to feel like, we are in our home country. He was just a call away for anything. He got an network to support us with all kind of things like Taxi, car rental and airport drop etc. He provides a personalized care to his guests. Property is located close to Carefour, Car Rental etc which is so convenient for travels. Overall a value for money stay...

My studio unit was clean, well appointed, and the location close to supermarket and public transport

The location was close to where the bus runs and the host Jules was super helpful in giving directions and ensuring my comfort at the location and safety navigating the transport system,

The short road from the main road to the Residence is in need of repair

Great place, excellent service and very comfy bed.

Great place, with the most attentive host, Jules. Excellent facilities and most importantly, very comfortable, good-quality bed. Surpassed my expectations, I highly recommend staying here.

Very good

I was there for just one night. There is no bell so you are either lucky that the host comes along or you wait. In my case it was just 10 minutes. The host is a nice guy and the room had almost all i wanted.

No charging outlet for electrical devices with european adapters. There is not much you can do arround the location. Though there is at least a supermarket nearby.

A gem for the right purposes

Clean, modern room, equipped with a small kitchenette and A/c covered. The host, Mr. Jules very nice and professional.

For one night between flights is OK. Else you need a rented car as the location is remote. The room is also quite small, 2 people handling with difficulty, although the bed itself is big.

The bed was comfortable The host was very helpful and kind It was good value Bus stop near by

Bathroom layout is tragic. You can't access the toilet without stepping into the shower, that is always flooded. Severe plumbing issues. Shower doesn't drain and room gets flooded. I saw a towel on the floor at bathroom entrance but didn't imagine that it was to stop water from bathroom coming into the bedroom. Bedroom does not have window. No cable TV. Just use your own Netflix... Location is kind of far from everywhere. Good Location if you're planning to live short term but no for one week tourist.
