BETTER TO SLEEP in a SOBERING-UP ROOM AT POLICE STATION.

- the moment of leaving.

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE! At the moment of our arrival we've been told we are being moved to "another place." The other place was NOT a peaceful appartment in the countryside, but a noisy, smelly and dirty appartment in a hotel complex in the city. NO RUNNING WATER, WC included (no way to flush it). Instead, you will be given a lot of recycled bottles filled up with aging water and... good luck. UNFRESH BED LINEN smells of humidity and sweat... this will give you the impression of sleeping in a cave (with nearby decaying mammoth). FUNGUS in the shower and DIRT STAINS on the doors and walls... Arrogant and sharpy personel. No, just a NO.

Pay for 2 get one deal

Pretty upgrated but paid for 2 cottages and were given one with 2 rooms No choices or she cancelled myreservation and I am on my own

Could have tell us they would not respect the rental of 2 superior cottages and put us in one and not credit us a compensation amount.It is disapointing to be told Take this 1 cottage when you pay for 2 and the cottage beside you is empty

we made the best of our stay!

the property was well located, we found it easily

the furniture were old (need to upgrade). in one of the bungalow, there were toilet seat/cover. in the second bungalow, all of the handicap accessories were in the bathroom (not a nice scene). too much mosquitoes! pool was not clean this property needs to upgrade, especially the beds/ mattress are old.No iron for visitors.

Roomy and very clean apartment

We loved how roomy and clean the apartment was. Each apartment has an outdoor space and a barbecue. There are 2 pools on location, both very clean! We had to leave at 7am, the owner dropped of croissants for us.

The WiFi didn’t work in our apartment (we were given the access code for the other WiFi network they have on site). I’m sure this would have been corrected had we stayed on site more than a few hours. Communication with the owners could have been better. We arrived late at 7.30pm and couldn’t find any reception area (there is none). We met a couple of very helpful clients who called the owners who informed us they had left the key on the door. We would have appreciated a message in advance to let us know which apartment would be ours and how to check us in.
