Location is great! But very pricey for a sleepless night due to noise.

Location was great!! Hotel is well decorated!

Rooms were hot…even though we turned down thermostat there was absolutely no air moving and we didn’t sleep well. I suggest ceiling fans! Also, the noise…we had someone that had a large dog on our floor that barked throughout the night, someone next to us had a very loud…physically active evening if ya get my drift…and woke us up at 3am…walls too thin!! The cost of 1 night wasn’t worth the sleepless night.

Great time on Kirkwood

The place was clean a decorated nicely. Great touches that are so Bloomington and IU. The red chairs were a nice touch. Staff was friendly and professional. Great location.

Nice hotel but has declined.

We found serious chips and crackers crumbs under the chair cushions and dirt, dust, and crumbs under the bedside table (we dropped something so, unfortunately, had to look and were disappointed to find the room not clean).

Cleanliness under beds, tables, cushions. Not acceptable.

Wish we had longer to stay there. If my daughter comes to IU, I would stay at The Graduate.

Loved the room. The staff was super nice. The hotel was warm and inviting. When we got there, some kids were sitting in the common room doing some work. The decor is awesome. My daughter loved the wallpaper in our bathroom and made it the background on her phone.

Glad we chose to stay here because of the location and convenience to IU and downtown Bloomington.

Loved the location - walking distance to IU. And the rooms were comfortable and fun. Communication with the hotel was ample. They did have an on site option for paid breakfast although we chose to walk to the Runcible spoon.

Parking garage was full. Parking situation was not explained in all the communications from the hotel. They should tell you where the surface lot is and how to access before your arrival.

Upon arrival the hotel did not have a room for me- even though I had a confirmation number. Front desk found me a hotel room at the Hyatt down the street and paid for it but it was very stressful to arrive at 11pm (a time that I had confirmed on my reservation) to indeed have no place to stay. Very disappointed.

Just darling!! Loved the theme of the hotel!! Front desk staff was amazing!! Hotel was immaculate!!

We were on a college visit to IU and was the perfect ending to our day❤️. Walking into the iconic Hoosier portrait on the wall brought the spirit on the town home!! We loved it❤️

The main attraction for us was the proximity to The Bluebird. It enabled us to enjoy a show, then walk the short walk back.

When I called the hotel to confirm our reservation the day we were set to arrive they informed me that they did not have our reservation and that the hotel was full. This review is to warn you that you should confirm your reservation directly with the hotel when you book via a third party.
