Exceptional staff and Service

Very supportive front office people. Jini & Abse went right out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Ms Jini went out of her way to remember our requirements and fulfilled the same without fail.

There was nothing that we did not like.!

A decent hotel with all basic amenities. Clean and Spacious.

We travelled with family of two older and two young kids , the staff was very courteous . A special mention for their Manager Mr. George and Ms. Jini . They were warm and helpful. A decent hotel with all basic amenities. Food was good.

Veg options could have been more.

Too many disappointments

The location was nice and the staff was courteous even if they wouldn’t be able to communicate. The breakfast was interesting if you wanted to try local food but you could tell all was of average quality. The room had a nice view.

The hotel is far from being maintained well and the pictures are far from the reality. They call themselves 4 stars but the place will soon be a ruin. and the price doesn’t match with the standard. The rooms need a total refurbishment (floor, walls, bathroom and furniture). We were missing a pillow and even though asking every day for it, it never came. They forgot to give us towels and paper toilet so we had to ask for it. You could hear all the noise in the corridor (baby crying, arguments at night …). They totally ignored me during the stay (I am a woman) which I am fine with and I would let my partner deal with everything. But what bothered me is when we checked out, I was talked to for the first time and asked (because I booked the hotel) to give a great review. Sorry dear, but I give honest review. So if you want a great review, maybe give a good service in return.

The place is not worth the money. Rooms are very small and congested. Staff were really accomadating so they made the stay was comfortable.

great place to stay. near to the town. the hospitality is awesome and one feels welcomed. keep up the awesome work!!

at times it’s not about the location or facilities or food. it is all about how welcomed you feel the moment you step in. the manager Venu and the owner (one great lady with a great sense of humour and welcoming) went out of their ways to make us feel welcomed. they were so hospitable and of such helping nature. it bowled us over.

two suggestions. one, you can keep the tea bags in their original puch rather than outside ( have seen that in another property as well), two, please ensure the bed sheets and runners and cushions are devoid of any stains.

Excellent location, staff and views from the hotel

The location was amazing and the staff upgraded us to a very big room with excellent view of the river and the forests. Vinu at the front desk was really helpful in suggesting different places to visit and was very welcome, thank you for your hospitality. Other than that, The room was very spacious and had two TV’s which was great to accommodate the three of us.

The only issue I had was with the Toilet as there was some strange smell. After I informed the staff they promised to get it replaced.
