Not good at all .they had not one water bottle (450$ room btw ) , I went to vending machine and it was not working , I understand that it’s a third party but im your customer , without any water , running around at 4 am trying to find water and your staff literally said they have no water and to drink from the fountain . Me and my pregnant spouse had to go down to drink from the fountain at 4 am and whenever we got a thirsty . Ridiculous , I am paying a lot of money for that ? You can’t even put two water bottles ? Motels put water bottles but you want to save 1.5$ on a customer that spent over 750$ (room , food , alcohol ) in one night . I wanted to stay 4 nights but the service was so bad I stayed and left super thirsty and upset . I order breakfast with a coke and ice tea , the food comes with no butter no coke no ice tea and it took him 38 minutes to bring it up . Our food got cold and we didn’t eat it (116$ breakfast) .how does it take 38 min to grab a can of coke and bottle of ice tea and some butter ? There’s nothing to cook !!!! I have stayed at 60$ motels with better service and that’s me being honest . Talking nicely to people does not solve issues . The staff was very nice telling me there is no way for them to get me water or any liquids when was very nice handing me the warm coke 38 minutes after giving us our breakfast .

Be warned that the is a worker strike which I was not aware of. This means bar and restaurants were closed, and limited service on pretty much everything. I was only notified when it was too late to cancel booking (too bad). The facility is very clean and located next to casino, the pool was open and they did serve a continental breakfast. The average age of guest was very old, as a young couple we felt a little if of place, maybe the hotel is losing its flair or the younger guest just stayed away due to worker strike. If I had to do it over again, I would have booked a trendier better located property in Ottawa as there are so many choices and many more reasonably priced.

Even though there is a labour disruption, it is an absolutely beautiful property and everyone is so nice! A shout out to Lise at the front desk who is so friendly and professional! Also the pool, the spa are amazing. I had no idea about all of the beautiful nature, lake and trail that surrounds this property.

It's a beautiful hotel, with amazing views. extremely clean and the staff that were actually there were great. It's just unfortunate that when I booked the hotel (which is on the higher end cost wise) I was not aware that the workers were on strike, so they didn't have any restaurant open and the Casino restaurant was cafeteria style which was abit disappointing to only find out about when you got to the property.

I wouldnt recommend staying at the Hilton during a strike. The services are limited. A regular hotel would have better services. This was a once and a life time opportunity to stay at a fancy hotel. The accomodatins where clean and staff that were there we friendly. This is no fault to the people of strike.

I really like it here wish the boutique was open later I need to shop there. The staff are great the room is fantastic!! I like the Casino because I won! Did not have room service this time but in the past and it’s fantastic.

The executive suite upgrade was a nice surprise and what a room! Spacious with an incredible view of the water. The shower was massive and the brass fixtures were beautiful. The bed was comfortable with no dip.

Very clean, large hotel. Staff were lovely at the front desk. Most amenities were closed/unavailable during my stay including the cafe and pools. Transportation is limited to Ottawa as Uber/Lyft do not pick up in Gatineau and cross to Ottawa.
