This was a last minute reservation due to truck trouble. Check-in was easy. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was hot and very tasty. I would definitely stay again.

We stop overnight on our way to Texas. Was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Quiet room and very comfortable bed.
The only problem was lack of water pressure in the shower and sink.
Will definitely stay there again.

After checking in, we were given a handicap room. Not needing that type room we tried to change. The desk clerk said he didn't have anything and they were all sold out. I find that hard to believe since the parking only had 10 cars in it.
Noisy neighbors and thin walls. That stayed up till midnight. We had to be up early for business and needed rest. That didn't happen. In the morning, when we tried to take a shower ...NO HOT WATER. I told the front desk at checkout and they were not too concerened. You know, like we will have to have someone check that out and we are very sorry. The shower was naturally large since it was a handicap room but there were large globs of caulking that had what looked like mold on the edges. The only plus I can give the hotel was the morning breakfast. It was fresh, hot, and the hostes was super friendly. Other than than that we were very disapointed at the property. Definatly not going to stay there again.

Hotel staff was amazing. They had computer issues when we arrived and only one terminal was working. It took a little while to get checked in, but was out of their control. Our second night, the elevator wasn’t working when we came in and had to use the stairs. The desk clerk came up stairs to check on elevator there. While there, our door key didn’t work, so we called him to come check and he walked back downstairs to fix it and they brought it back to us. Could not have asked for better staff. I know they were frustrated with all the issues they we’re having. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was low, but that seems to be a common thing with hotels these days.

Old and very worn, hot water was not working correctly so just a warm shower but hopefully they will fix that.

Check-in went smoothly but the room was not clean either day that we stayed. The pull-out couch bed had a water bottle left under it and the linens weren't fresh and we're wrinkled and stained. The beds were super hard and the pillows aere small and reminiscent of throw pillows. Breakfast was small and didn't have much for hot options aside from biscuits, egg yolks and sausage patties.

Front desk personnel were helpful and kind. Ice machine, business center, room features all worked. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Did not get a chance to use the exercise room as I expected, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find a lactose-free option (almond milk) at breakfast in the morning - last morning of our 2 week vacation and I could have cold cereal!

Hallways and common areas are ok but the rooms are musty and in need of a deep cleaning. The first room I checked into had mold on the walls and bed skirt. The front desk put me in another room and it was a bit better but still musty and in need of a deep cleaning. I’ve noticed a trend in hotels the past couple years where the housekeeping does the bare minimum surface cleaning; mostly changing out linens and picking up. When was the last time you’ve heard a vacuum at one of these hotels? Or seen a mop? Smelled chlorine? It’s been a while for me.

The hotel was clean. The bed was actually comfortable. It is around a lot of other hotels that has quite a bit of construction workers and loads of buses that stay there.

We stopped in later September when the outside temps were in the 90s. The air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival, so our room was hot. The air conditioner did work well, and it didn’t take a long time to cool the room. The room only had sheer curtains so I could not keep the outside lights or the sun from shinning in on us. We had trouble getting the door to lock. My husband finally got it to lock after lifting up on the door itself. The room appeared to be clean, but I had to kill a bug crawling across the countertop. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good and had several options available. The lady helping serve breakfast was wonderful! I would not want to stay here for an extended time, but it was decent to stay the night and get some rest before finishing our drive home.

Comfortable stay. Appreciate 3:00 check-in. Front desk was notified when we were unable to get reception on our TV. He came up immediately and fixed the problem. I would stay here again.

The staff in the breakfast area was SUPER friendly and made our day. Our little 4 year old felt so special to get bacon as an off-menu item and we felt very welcome as a family.
The room was quite spacious and roomy as well. Our kid loves the sofa bed!

I had to ask for a shower curtain, towels, and a working remote. Two dirty pillow cases left on the bed next to the pillows which had cleans ones on them luckily.

It was a one night stay. We were very comfortable and appreciated the accessible room on the ground floor with the walk-in shower.

It was a nice clean hotel. The bed wasnt the best. The breakfast was amazing!!
The clerk at the 10pm shift was very nice, polite, qiuck, funny! The 6 am clerk no so anything. He didnt acknowledge me or said hi when i went down in the morning. Check out the same. Sat on his chair with the long sad face.
