Never, EVER again

The only thing to like about this property was that there was a place to sleep... barely.

There was black mold growing on the bathroom walls. Cracks in the tub, rips in the mattress. They provided 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a room with two people. The lady at the front desk was rude. The outside of the building was covered in trash and people walking through the parking lot who weren't staying there. There was smoking in non smoking areas including right in front of my door by another person. Holes in the walls, and loud neighbors.

Dirty, never stayed there after I saw what the room looked like and the uncleanliness

The cleanliness of the room it wasn’t clean, it smelled, it was dirty and the location was unsafe. I want a refund.

It was officially the worst lodging ever

This was the worse lodging I’ve ever been in. It smelled like cigarettes when I asked for nonsmoking. The TV didn’t work and the bed was hard. I didn’t have a choice but to say because it was 12am when I arrived 🤬

unsafe neighborhood. the pictures online doesn’t look like the hotel

nothing! someone tried to break into my room, it was dirty upon arrival and smelt like cigarettes. when I told staff they moved me to a room two doors down. the next room didn’t have WiFi, I asked to get a full refund and I’ll just find a new stay..they didn’t do anything to help

the only positive was how kind the woman at the front desk was. everything was out of her control but she was incredibly kind

The maintenance guy was nice and helpful.

That there was cockroaches, black mold, and water falling from the ceiling. Also the wifi wouldn’t work

Dirty, torn couches, smelled like someone smoked weed even the pillows smelled. Just horrible.

Everything else was bad . Dirty rooms, dirty beds, torn and dirty couches,. I booked a non smoking room and it smelled like weed in the room. Just horrible.

Will not stay again

I rented 2 rooms for overnight. police banged on the door and attempted to kick the door in . Only to say we were in the rooms illegally. I showed the officer my key to prove it was rented and he moved on. it happened to both our rooms. Management told me the next day that he was going to look into giving me some of my money back but nothing ever happened

nothing. the staff was awful and snobby.

the rooms were really nasty. their was a dirty rag on the table when we walked on. tub was filthy, and so was the floors. the outside is very trashy and dirty and they let everyone hang one.

Honestly it’s not as bad as other comments say it is. It’s obviously not a 5 star hotel but it was in a good location & was as clean as a hotel of this caliber can get.

Shooting by the lobby

The room was clean.

There was a shooting by the lobby, at like 9 pm during our stay. Luckily, no guest was in the parking lot at that time. Our room was very expensive considering we had pretty good chances of dying there. It's not just the hotel. I'd recommend avoiding the entire area.

Nothing but the location of the hotel! The receptionist was pleasant and checked us in!

Everything was aweful and disgusted! I would not recommend anyone here! The room peak hole had tissue in it, trash on floor, sheets had spot on it, neighbors was busy all night back and forth! Trash all around the grounds, and a nasty bathroom!
