my stay was an 4/10

i liked the area and the view it was in

the manager on morning shift was rude no smiles no greeting or anything. the other workers RUDE look at you like you crazy don’t even speak or anything. the hotel looks nothing like it do on the internet they need to renovate i’ve never been to a laquita so old fashion and dark the tub and sink in our room was stopped up our entire stay

Elevator sucks guest smoking weed. Employees are nice. Breakfast was alright.

The area was easy to get to everywhere

Multiple guest smoking weed in their rooms. One employee was trying to find out who was doing it but the smell was overwhelming. The elevator is in bad shape just an fyi. Sounds line it's about to give out.

Plz give this place a little more tlc

I liked that the excutive king was spacious and location of hotel is great!

I didn't like that only three lights worked at the pool we went once the sun went down. I notified front desk of this issue they are aware but just wasn't enough light for kids to swim in. The breakfast was awful and the coffee tasted like dirty water🥴

Absolutely amazing!!!!!

We loves the workers!!!!! Especially Mrs. Shirley or Cheryl! She was they lady over the continental breakfast AND she was also our house keeper! She was absolutely amazing!!!! The other ladies were fantastic and helpful as well!

I loved everything!!!!! If I was a pickey person I would say a switch up in breakfast sometime but the options you guys gave were enough! When we 1st got to the room it did have a weird smell, but that went away after a day or so. Also I travel with a card so it was so problem, but for people that would like to pay in cash it would be difficult to stay there because they do not accept cash at the hotel so that may need to be added to the information before someone pre-book and plans to pay with cash once they get there.

The only good thing was Mrs. who prepared our breakfast, very kind, very beautiful person, and just like the person who made it, she was very friendly.

We had problems with 2 neighbors. They had dogs barking almost all night.

Our shower rod was loose and didn’t hold the curtain right but they were quick to get it fixed for us

The room was nice and clean.

Y’all can do better with the breakfast not enough on the menu and the orange juice was hot and the coffee was warm not hot enough. We was out of a TV the first day and half of the second day being there. And get a better cable satellite system. Thank you!!

The stay was acceptable since I only stayed one night.

Latoya and Joslyn were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

It rained inside the window near the A/C. Staff had to bring us towels to place in window to keep the water from getting all over the floor. The cable TV /WIFI kept going out due to the weather. I think a better cable service should be purchased rather than going through a Satellite Company!

I will never stay there again

That was the worst hotel I ever stayed at in my entire life. They had bugs and lied about it. Room didn’t have a good smell. Wasn’t nothing like they post on the page. I had a horrible stay will never go back.

Staff was friendly and attentive, the beds were hard and uncomfortable hotel need fresh paint job.

The breakfast was better than expected.

Hotel needs some remodeling. Please update the hard mattresses they were very uncomfortable.

entrance to hotel is misleading. when we walked up to enter hotel, the receptionist was on the side of building smoking and asked if we were checking in, and then said she would be right there. so we had to wait a couple minutes before she came inside. there was private part hair in the bathtub. floor was sticky and uneven.

Very pleasant stay, definitely recommended

We chose this location because staying a long the beach was not important since its winter. Very convenient location with easy access to nearby shopping & places to eat. Short drive to the beach. Hotel was clean & comfortable. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Cannot rate breakfast since we slept in both mornings.

It is a pet friendly hotel which I didn't realize but we had no issues. Something to keep in mind if you prefer not to be around any animals. It may be an older building because you could hear when housekeeping cleaned the room above us. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay & definitely recommended.
