An okay stay

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

This is suppose to be a smoke free hotel and the amount of cigarette and other smoke was ridiculous. We stayed on the third floor and that's all you smelled from one end of the hallway to the other.

Won’t be staying here again

The room was clean

Had to wait a lengthy amount of time to check in, the bed was not a Queen, it was more of a twin bed, the pool was nasty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while, so we couldn’t enjoy that and the breakfast only had a couple of things to offer

Since no one really addressed our concerns, we would not stay here again.

Air conditioning and size of the room were good.

When we arrived, there was blood on the curtains in our room. We told the front desk clerk first thing in the morning - she made sure that was rectified with housekeeping. We both sleep with CPAP machines. There was only ONE available outlet at the bed. We had to go to the front desk to request an extension cord (that wasn't long enough) just to be able to sleep. On Sunday morning, we had no hot water whatsoever. The manager was arriving to work late that morning, so we could not discuss with them. The front desk clerk was very gracious and nice, but we did not get to speak with the manager. We had a very unpleasant stay. We have a premature grandson at the Children's Hospital and will be traveling to Augusta on weekends for the next 3 months. Sleep Inn missed a good opportunity to get all of our business.

The conference center is in the parking lot between another hotel. The conference center was rented out and people were playing loud music and partying until the late night I did not get to sleep till after 1:32 AM. if you’re looking for quiet, depending on, if the conference center is booked, you may or may not accomplish that. the young man that was supposed to be working front desk was sleep in the back when I checked out at 4:30 in the morning when he finally decided to come to the front I asked him if there was anything else that I needed to do, he simply shrugged his shoulders. Basically, if you’re looking for professionalism, this is not the place.

Excellent room, staff, and value will definitely be back in the fall.

The breakfast had a very good variety. The location was perfect for the activity we were in town for. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Overall nice

Breakfast is nice. Rooms are nice.

The shower needs to be cleaned better and please check the room. Our bathroom smell like someone just took a number 2 in it before we check in.

Wouldn't go back

The bed were comfortable

Not clean very horrible breakfast and the cleaning guys tried to steal my kids ipods. Smells funky

never, ever again. sad, great location and reasonably priced.

The electric outlets wouldn’t work. lamps nowhere to plug in. no hot water in sink. BIL had no hot water for shower 1st night. no drawers to put clothes. sink leaked. phone in room never worked . no Kleenex, no maid service. asked for towels at front desk, he gave me one. when I asked for another he looked at me like I was crazy.

I enjoy my one night stay not alot of noise not alot of lot people. It was peaceful

This vist was good I have stayed there before and there was a problem with the door handle on the inside of my room the pin came out of the handle when I stay in room 204 but this stay was good alot better

Need to make some changes

The staff was friendly and location good.

It was king sized room with no bathroom door. My point if someone came over you cannot use the bathroom in private. My room was cleaned and the cleaning staff did not put new rags in the room that day. Did not notice until I got ready to get in the shower. Also a big stain in the carpet.

My Personal Observation

The room was nice, the breakfast was great, the location was great as far as nearby restaurants/shopping. The property was clean and quiet. I felt safe entering & exiting.

The only thing that I didn't like is that the sliding bathroom door wasn't working but it didn't matter because it was just two of us but if more ppl were in the room them it would've been a major issue.
