The property is awesome I have had good stays in the past. The amenities as well as the rooms and location are awesome.

The fact that I got charged $186 for what I considered an emergency booking because of weather, and the weather changed about 8-10 hours before or so I did not need to use the hotel room. But because, the cancellation date was the day before by 4PM (something I missed in the fine print, (I noticed the “Free Cancellation “ part of the booking, but didn’t notice the cancellation by 4pm ‘the day BEFORE’. The key words being the day before by 4pm. I was not allowed to cancel the reservation. At this point, I hope you choke on my minuscule amount of money to you (not so much to me!) Apparently you are now a charity and freely take donations for “ SERVICES NOT RENDERED” , but I’m sure your company will revert to the Legal Jargon. Customers be damned. This will probably deter my stay at your business in the future. It’s unfortunate because I believe that you offer a superior product.

Great stay, a bit pricey compared to Holiday Inn Express in other cities. But overall, we liked it!

Extremely clean. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good. Exercise room has up to date equipment and good selection of free weights. I love love love the built-in bench along the side of the room for suitcases and the hooks to hang jackets and additional smaller bags, etc. It seems every hotel we frequent has just one folding luggage rack and we have to figure out a "non-floor" location for the other suitcase because most hotels don't have extra racks laying around. We don't leave items of any kind on the floor except shoes in case there are any infestation issues. It was also great that there was hard flooring at the entrance where we could leave our shoes.

Room rate was a bit on the high side.

Breakfast options were great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean

The bed could’ve been more comfortable. I originally asked if we could have a first floor room, due to mom being 93 and hoping she wouldn’t have to walk that far. We got there and was told the only option was on third floor. She was none to happy!! So she probably won’t there next time we visit family

Over all it was good. Cost was to much for night. 182 dollars way to much

Loved the room and the breakfast. Loved the lemon water and cookies when you walked in.

Cost was a little high gave my AAA card Said they didn't take them.

terrible water pressure but the manager asked at breakfast how was our stay and he mentioned specifically how was the water pressure so he knows it’s an occasional issue and that he appreciated my comments and that he would take a look at right away.
