Beautiful property but short staffed.

Beautiful property and very clean. Love the shops & stores in the first floor. Best valet service!

Not enough front desk staff. Expected better service at speak easy bar. Waited a fairly long time to get a drink, customers started leaving, & staff kept apologizing for not having enough bar/wait staff on a very busy weekend. Management should plan ahead for better staffing. We would’ve stayed longer to order more drinks but left due to long wait times.

I probably won’t be using booking in the future for our next stay.

The location was great. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go.

When we arrived we were informed the room wasn’t a suite. When we walked in the room the bathroom was nothing like the pictures that were on the Booking website. The whole reason I paid extra was to have the nice large tub in a suite. But that is not how we stayed and at check in they didn’t have anything else available.

My stay at JW

Beautiful hotel, good food and friendly staff.

When I got to my room after checking in, it wasn't cleaned. The bed wasn't made. Molded food was on the counter and dirty towels were on the bathroom counter and floor. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes

Great hotel with exemplary staff

Staff competency and yes attitude

The pool was closed when we arrived and the gym had an event today so I was not able to use the dance studio. Advance notice/better communication about closures and events would be helpful

Over all an amazing hotel!!

The guy who checked us in was amazing, our room wasn’t quite ready as it was 15:30 and check in time is 16:00. We took a seat in the lobby and he came over 10 minutes later and our room was ready. We did eat twice at the bar food was amazing! Good vibe and staff were all lovely! We also ate breakfast here, the staff again were lovely. My partner had his eyebrows done in the spa, again staff were lovely. We did sit by the pool for a few hours, very nice roof top pool. Good view! The rooms were big, beds were so comfortable! Our view was lovely. Also the gym has good equipment and more than enough that you will need! Also good view of Nashville :) The hotel itself is amazing location. Valet parking was perfect. The cleaner was in our room when we came back, so we decided to have a walk around the hotel. When we came back our room smelled incredible and she even set all our things in the bathroom and separated them to her’s and his which was really sweet:)
