Выбирали по своим критериям: городская пятерка с большим крытым бассейном.
Расположение отеля, номер по площади и звукоизоляции, бассейны крытый и открытые подогреваемые, спортзал, уборка и room service вполне соответствовали нашим ожиданиям. Отличное меню доставки в номер, и очень приемлемые цены на нее. Рядом станция такси (приезжает мгновенно) и кафе Шекспир с обширным и вкусным веган-меню (для постящихся).
В целом мы довольны пребыванием в отеле, но хотела бы отметить некие моменты для усовершенствования, которые не позволили мне поставить оценку "превосходно".
1. Устройство зоны туалета. Я не ценитель подобного отсутствия приватности (полупрозрачная негерметичная дверь в туалет и душевую кабину), а тут еще и зеркало напротив. В случае проживания с двумя детьми гигиенические процедуры превращаются в задачку повышенной сложности.
2. Staff is not friendly ))) Я далека от провинциальных комплексов, но тут при непосредственном общении с персоналом было постоянное ощущение, что нам не рады. В частности, на мой вопрос повторить, как вызвать такси, сотрудник консьерж-сервиса издал демонстративный тяжелый вздох, что было неожиданно в пятизвездном отеле. К слову, я довольно прилично говорю на английском, поэтому не могу представить, какие же мучения данному консьержу доставляют многочисленные туристы, не владеющие языком.
Из нескольких вариантов мы выбрали этот отель в том числе по причине наличия веган-меню в Pablito. В итоге оказалось, что мы не сможем воспользоваться им ни на завтрак, ни на ужин, потому что его можно заказать с 12.00 до 19.00. И опять же - официант заслушала наш запрос, дала вежливый ответ, но никак не предложила решить нашу проблему. В итоге мы заказывали завтрак в room service.
На третий день вместо двух fit breakfast принесли один с жареной колбасой. По телефону сказали, что сегодня такой состав у fit breakfast. Я оценила находчивость, но все таки настояла, чтобы принесли два в соответствии с меню. Принесли, деньги взяли еще раз.
3. В прекрасном крытом бассейне в одной кабине для переодевания не горит свет, в другой - нет замка.
4. Ключи от номера ежедневно приходилось перезагружать на ресепшн.
Все перечисленные факты отмечаю для пользы других гостей, а также как направление для усовершенствования отелю, если это входит в его намерения )))

I nearly always stay in Akra when I’m in Antalya. I love the setting, the atmosphere and the styling (though I believe it’s going to have another uplift soon). I’m always treated kindly and staff try to go the extra mile. Keep up the great work! 😄

Swish hotel. Set well back from the road so no problem with traffic noise. Great sea views. Set on a cliff so no beach (there is a large concrete terrace from which swimming is possible). A little over three km to the old town. Superb breakfast buffet, the best we can remember anywhere, with breakfast available until 12 noon.
Although there are several on-site restaurants, we found the options limited. One, a Mexican/Cuban restaurant, is especially popular with non-residents, and even in low season, securing a table was not easy (reservations are taken only for parties of 8+). Eating out a better option - plenty of restaurants in vicinity. Reception staff were efficient but quite formal/"stiff".

Quality hotel set in its own grounds on the rocky coast. Attentive and friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. Hotel facilities pools lounges leisure centre are superb. Best buffet breakfast I’ve ever seen. Close to a local supermarket and other eateries.

I like everything about this hotel. It is one of my favorite.
I love the location. The hotel lobby is inviting, great service in reception. We were able to kerp the room extra two hours when my husband had meetings.
The big pool is great, inside and outside. The breakfast is absolutely the best! Again great service, the waiter organized us a table so that we could see the sea.
I could have stayed longer.

Dårlig service. Ingen bagage hjælp. Langsom indtjekning. Snød mig og gav mig et dårligere værelse end der var booket og betalt for. Måtte ned og påklage dette og måtte vente en halv dag på at få det korrekte værelse. Ingen rengøring. I den indendørs pool kræver de man køber en badehætte for at benytte den. Den indendørs pool er kold. Wellness afdelingen er kedelig og ikke hyggelig. Ville ikke give dette hotel mere en 3 stjerner internationalt. Vi havde booket en kingsize seng og havde fået det bekræftet på mail. Alligevel kommer vi op og ser 2 single senge. Spild af kostbar ferie tid. Har prøvet meget bedre luksus hotellet i antalya. Dette er langt fra prisen værd.

This is a remarkable hotel with large scale and good reputation in the city, located in a large and modern building on the seashore, close to the city centre, with vibrant environment around, and on-site free parking provided. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and stores within walking distance. The facilities are sufficient and standard, with gym, lounge bar, restaurant, meeting room and swimming pool etc., can meet requirements of versatile purposes of stay. The decoration of the hotel is rather beautiful and stylish. My room is standard room with a balcony with a stunning sea view, which is clean and comfortable, very quiet at night.
The room services need to be improved, for some hygiene products are not replaced and replenished correctly and instantly, and the cleaning is not thorough.

Great sea view! Very safe, airy, modern elegance and overall luxury feel! On-site restaurant, Pablitos was exceptional. Easy to walk to coffee shop, neighborhood park, grocery store or restaurants.
I think the staff could smile more and try to use your name to give a more personalized feel.

Good location, beautiful view and gardens, good facilities. Mert were exceptional kept me busy in long wait to check in gave information were friendly apologised for wait, shoul be prometed.Mert explained about the area, made me feel welcome, unlike the utterly useless check in staff. Kady at concierge also great.
Reception staff useless arrogant moe interested in making jokes about guests and talking to each other, one working 5 laughing and chatting. Took almost an hour to check in, and then tell mbe they are doing me a gavour to check me in befoe 14h00 but so they had to do gor the 10 people behind and in front of me. By the time we were checked innit was 14h00. Useless would have given a lower rate if it was not for Mert the bell boy/ doorma who were extremely friendly helpful sharing information and apologized for long check in please promote him asap. Breakfast at 400 lita per person over priced and not that good or worth at all Macdonalds would have been better

The breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of choices. Especially the freshly squeezed orange juice the manager brought upon request even though they were wrapping up.

I paid a fairly reasonable price cause of the Black Friday sale. If it was not for the Black Friday sale the money paid for the hotel wouldn’t be justified. I just found the hotel rooms small- rest everything was good. The view was amazing , the location was good. I am glad i booked the sea facing rooms- it was worth it.

It is in a good location and close to restaurants

Room offered a good views of the beach and Mediterranean sea. Breakfast was good with varying and a lot of choices. Close to city center. Staff in breakfast resturant were very helpful and polite.
Extra bed provided in the room snapped, fortunately there were no injuries. To get it attended took couple of attempts and replaced. Staff in the lobby were not helpful, and showed don't care attitude.

Location wasn’t too far from everything and convenient fast food restaurants nearby. Late night room service was good and comfortable beds.
Upon arrival no one showed us to our room or brought our luggage up until went to go and ask. Very obvious signs of wear and tear in the hotel rooms, a nearly finished water bottle was left in our room by previous occupant. There was a lady working at the shop during our stay who was evidently very very sick and still serving, bless her but whatever she had could’ve been contagious so not ideal for guests. We booked in for the restaurant on the rooftop, sat down and were waiting for over 30mins and no one came to serve us, absolutely terrible - we ended up leaving without eating. Overall I wouldn’t come back again nor recommend.

Strand ok, habe aber mehr erwartet: recht laut, wenig Personal, schreiende Gäste, die m.E. nicht in so ein Hotel passen!
Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Bar.
Dass man ein Deposit von 100 Euro pro Tag (!) hinterlegen muss. Das wären in unserem Fall 700 Euro gewesen - völlig abwegig! Aufs Zimmer schreiben lassen geht nicht - wenig Vertrauen in die Gäste - schade, das hat sich für uns nicht gut angefühlt... :-(
Das Bad war recht klein und die Dusche führte regelmäßig zu Überschwemmungen...
