Good

Great location. Nice little pub.

Beds were not comfy. You could hear people above and beside you. Not enough staff in the pub.

Rude staff and broken Wi-Fi.

Not much. Room was okay and clean.

Very rude staff and the Wi-Fi did not work.

It’s clean and convenient

Perfect location. Good value

Poor communication between booking.com and Alcan Motor Inn. I paid and had a reservation but Alcan had no record of it. Fortunately I had my receipt and they honored it but it could have been extremely inconvenient.

This is a very comfortable accommodation and I would stay there again.

This was easy to find and with the contactless check in went very smooth. The rooms are comfortable and have good space.

The Inn is located just off the AlCan highway on the Tok Cutoff, very convient after traveling all day. It's nearby gas stations and a few restaurants if you can't find a snack inside the store right there at the Inn. The room was cozy and comfortable with a fridge, coffee maker, TV, cable, hot shower and comfortable beds.

Soundproof the rooms and it will be a 100% better.

The hotel and accommodations were quite good. It was an easy check in and check out.

The rooms have paper thin walls. My room was located next door to late night partiers. I am a light sleeper and ended up going to my scheduled memorial service the next day, with very little sleep. That's a lot of money to spend on getting very little rest.

very relaxing after a stressful start when the ferry canceled.

located in the middle of town. super friendly staff

older motel, but clean and well taken care of. our ferry was canceled. they picked us up from the ferry terminal and will be giving us a ride to the airport in the morning.

Great Haines Jct hotel

Great location! Clean hotel, our room was super comfy with great beds, slept like logs. Well appointed room with mini fridge, micro, coffee maker and what I enjoyed, sterilized glasses. It’s a nice touch. Clean and quiet, sitting in the shadow of gorgeous Kluane NP, the location is superb and we’ll be back when we’re returning from our Alaska roadtrip!

Other than service at restaurant we enjoyed our stay.

No breakfast provided. Restaurant did not open til 4 pm.

We had dinner in restaurant. The food was great but not so for the service. We were not asked if we wanted a 2nd beer and when my adult daughter asked for a glass of water twice it was dropped in front of her so hard we thought it was going to spill.

Unexpectedly awesome

Haines has 600 people maybe. Our expectations were tempered. The motel was very clean, it was outfitted with a microwave, fridge, coffee pot. Check-in and check-out we're seamless

The restaurant only took cash and had no ATM

Superb

Pretty clean, definitely easy to find and check in,

I could go into detail. But let me just say, we were there in mid September and one got the feeling that things and people were shutting down. Blinds didn’t work, rugs were still damp from cleaning, a coffee pot was not emptied. But the room had been cleaned, sheets and towels were clean.

Excellent accommodations.

Spacious room, coffee provided, close to restaurants, 2 queen beds, view of the mountains

In room 104 the remote did not control the TV, but the buttons on the TV itself worked so it wasn't a big problem.

Superb

Traveled to Alaska from the states and was on our way home. This place was as nice or nicer than any hotel we stayed at and at of our stays were in hiltons
