Decent enough for stay, EV charger doesn’t work

The location, it was so close to everything

They advertise they have an EV charger, which I guess it’s true. Except it doesn’t work. The main reason for booking this place was for the EV Charger that they say they have, but come to find out it had never worked.

Great value, clean spacious rooms

Booked it for the beautiful outdoor pool

The outside porch’s/balcony’s were locked which was disappointing

Nice clean place to stay with minimal hassles.

Nice staff working there. Pleasant and well trained. Convenient to airport.

Location is not easy to get into.

When you get woke up at 4:30 am from loud talking in the lobby that is not a great start to a day.

It was clean and the customer service was great

No free breakfast. On the advertisement of the booking website it said free breakfast and when we arrived they said that is not ever included. We choose this hotel for the free breakfast.

We would stay here again

Very clean and updated. The pool was great and they had towels right at poolside. Our room was very nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Woke up first morning with bites when to talk to staff took another 2 days before my room got cleaned and bedding changed

location- right by the highway and walking distance to food

not very clean, kinda pricy for what it is especially for not including breakfast

The balcony and the pool

Beds were not in great shape Breakfast buffet listed as “free” but the is $12 child / $15 adult charge Carpets need cleaned

Very good

The location of the hotel was great for the places we were interested in going. The hotel itself was clean as well as the room. It was Miller moth season during our stay so we had a few moths in the room which we easily caught with cups. The staff was friendly during our check in and when we booked for an additional night.

I want a refund and I will never return to this hotel or do business with booking or best west…

Literally nothing about the property. The moment I entered the property my experience was horrible

General manager was very rude, to the point where she tried to cancel my booking. Threatened to call the police. Said she want a racist because her husband is black. Said she hates me and wish to never see me again. It took hours to get booked in because of this. I was threatened by another guest and it was approved to be on from management. Crack heads in the parking lot by my vehicle.

Good

The room was very modern and looked recently renovated. The bed was comfy, but the pillows weren't the best. We were a bit disappointed that the hot-tub was closed for the season, but the pool/spa area looks great if you're there in the summer. Great work-out facility.

A great budget-friendly experience in Denver

The staff was really sweet and helpful. The room was comfortable and wide. The location was also really good - just a few steps from a handful of restaurants. We had a great time.

Not worth the price I paid.

I liked the acceablity t ok the room from the porch area.

I didn't like that the room was filthy, trash under the sofa bed. Witch my toddler for, used lubricant under and other trash. There was water damage throughout the room from the juccuzi tub. And there were and all in the dinning area o the room. For the price I paid I was very dissatisfied....
