Logement rempli de rats et de souris….

J’accorde ce 4/10 seulement car le personnel qui y travaille est vraiment gentil et accueillant.

Je dois avouer que j’ai passé les pires nuits de mon voyage la bas, à chasser les rats et les souris de ma chambre!!! Une nuit, une souris est rentrée dans ma chambre et a grignoté mon sac y laissant un gros trou, puis est rentré dans le sac pour manger des miettes. J’ai passé la nuit à la chasser de la chambre. J’ai aussi du sortir la poubelle dehors une autre nuit car elle revenait sans cesse sinon. Je ne compte pas le nombre de rats que j’ai vu passer au dessus du lit, courir au dessus ma tête… ces bruits de rats et de souris incessants toute la nuit sont insupportables. Du coup, les bruits d’animaux ne cessent jamais, et comme les “murs” de la chambre sont endommagés, vous entendez tout que ce soit vos voisins parler ou le bruit extérieur. De plus, la salle de bain commune est en très mauvais état, elle est très sale, la toilette est à moitié cassée,… Eau froide évidemment. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas non plus… Le logement a vraiment besoin d’être remis à neuf et surtout dératisé!

Sotto le mie aspettative!

Penso sia un posto x chi piace molto però molto la natura, sicuramente è un posto x gente giovane , per arrivare alla hall ci sono quasi 70 scalini molto scivolosi ed scomodi, il personale è molto disponibile, però almeno per il mio tipo di vacanza non è bastata, 35/40 minuti dil centro dove pochi locali sono aperti ,(come massimo alle 21),sarà che mi sono capitati molti giorni di pioggia e non c'è assolutamente nulla da fare, pulizie?? Sotto le mie aspettative 🥹

A Place Where You Can RELAX

View you see everyday is amazing.. you can see the lake from your room. Place is so Peaceful and Quiet. Love the place..

There is no electric kettle/mug in the room, since I love to drink coffee.. Im not sure either if there is available ,never got a chance to ask..

Do a favour to yourself, don't stay here

Location and view

Impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. Dogs barking and howling all night long. Thin cottage walls, could hear any noise from adjacent rooms. Shared bathroom without hot water, soap and when toilet paper finished we eere told they have run out of it....

Nice place to chill out & enjoy the views.

The location is great for a quiet retreat, comfy beds, nice simple room, lovely views from the terrace, its an easy walk from Benoi port, plus a short walk to Katunggan Park, where you can go for a swim in the sea & keep cool unde the mangroves, plenty of local eateries towards Benoi port for cheap food, will certainly stay here again.

Very nice place!!

The places was really cute and lovely, and the views were also amazing. A really calm place.

It's a bit far from the center, but only 25min by walk from the boat terminal to go to Mantigue. There is like three restaurants near the house, but a bit expensive.

Lovely treehouse with beautiful view

beautiful loctaioon. It feels like going into a treee house, there are beautiful plants everywhere. The Room was really clean and very cosy, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very sweet and helpful. it was quiet in the night.

The bathroom was not very comfortable.

Bed was comfortable. Close to one of the ports and not too far from where to get a boat to Mantigue Island. Wi-Fi worked well

The property advertises laundry and a restaurant which actually aren’t available / do not exist. It’s a shame as we stayed here for 5 nights in hope to get some washing done and it wasn’t possible. There’s also no water dispenser which isn’t good because the closest shop is around a 30 minute walk. There is a restaurant across the road but it has a high price and doesn’t have breakfast. The accommodation shouldn’t advertise facilities that they do not have. We stayed for five nights and didn’t get our bedding changed once or fresh towels. We didn’t see any staff during our stay apart from when we first checked in.

The location. Our cottage had a nice view of the lagoon.

The room was not clean and comfortable. There were a lot of termites, mosquitoes, ants and a large "tukô" gecko inside our bathroom. The staff especially the lady who gave us our room was not very accomodating.

Great value, near pier, lovely host

Marina's a lovely host who looked after me well. Provided hot water, told me useful information. Place well kept and clean. Quiet and good value.

I saw three restaurants on that side of the lake. Bistro is good; i found Chloi (opposite Blue Water) over-priced and with many teething problems, GNA Fish ponds has good pizza and good beer.

Be ready to sleep with a few animals around (lizard, ant.. ) but you are well protected with the mosquito net

very good Budget stay in caniguin

Cute house with nice views. Loads of cool plants everywhere! Staff were very nice and helpful.

Walls were very thin and could hear everything and every word. Location is good for Mantigue island but basically far away from everything else which is on the north / west of the island.

clean and it’s like close to nature

I am not comfortable using electric fan only since it’s very hot although their theme is close to nature but as a suggestion since the occupants came from a very hot weather outside they should be comfortable upon arriving to their accommodation . I am suggesting to make it air-condition.

If you are on a budget, this property is perfect for you. On a very affordable rate, you get the perfect lake view, the nearest location to the Benoni port, the greenest plants, and the yummiest food on A&J resto which is just a few walks ahead. We were not able to get the room with ac but it's still ok. When you book, ask for availability.

Superb

I like so much the location which is very near and accessible going to Mantigue Island. I stayed in the hotel for one night. 15 minutes walk from the area, you'll find the Katanggan Park. I like the staff as we contacted together before I arrive. The place was so silent and totally away from noise. Indeed I had a good sleep. The receptionist arranged for my tour and the following morning a motorcycle fetched me in the hostel and travelled around 15 minutes going to the Mantigue wharf. For a solo traveler like me, my accomodation was the best!
